    Every time I need to talk to myself saying I have to do Quigong, and the moment I start I know why. For every discomfort Kseny has an exercise that gives relieve instantaneously. Thank you again!

    Thank you Kseny this is exactly what I needed this morning! Hurt myself on Saturday and this released the upper back, neck and shoulder where I strained my muscles! At 75 I forget I am not 20 and though fit cannot lift heavy! So appreciate you and your gift of sharing qigong! Blessings🙏🙏

      Happy to come back and do this a second day! Love feeling all the feelings! Even the first neck moves , while easy, challenge some perhaps seldom used muscles. I love it! And the endless figure 8 was easier today. Definitely saving this one to repeat and share when traveling with friends! ❤
