Thank you Kseny this is exactly what I needed this morning! Hurt myself on Saturday and this released the upper back, neck and shoulder where I strained my muscles! At 75 I forget I am not 20 and though fit cannot lift heavy! So appreciate you and your gift of sharing qigong! Blessings🙏🙏

The figure 8 makes me concentrate more than any other movement! I tried to do the opposite side from you and quickly gave up and switched sides. So funny but exactly what I needed! Many thanks Kseny!!
