- This beginner Qigong practice focuses on Qigong for the head, neck and shoulders. The combination of Qigong self-massage and Qigong body tapping techniques help to release neck and shoulder tension that we accumulate from daily stresses, long hours behind the desk or other fitness activities. You can do this sequence on the edge of your couch (as I am), in a chair or standing up. Practice regularly to release tension and let the Qi flow.

Wow - this was amazing. I have whiplash and post concussion syndrome and when i first get up i am stiff as a board and in pain. - it usually takes me about 6 hours to get fluid movement at all. Not only was i able to do movements that i thought "i can't do that" - - -but at one point i realized how stiff the small of my back was, at that moment you said something like "soften the body , let it move" - and i thought 'yes, that's right - LET the body move - don't MAKE it move" - and i was able to do those curls and stretches - Awesome - i love you dear lady

I love how you have a variety of videos that address one area of the body. I liked another neck and shoulders video, but I love how this introduced other exercises that I can add to my repertoire. I felt looser, warmer, and happy to get back into Qigong after slacking fo some weeks.
