    Thank you for the great morning routine. I woke very stiff and with an awful headache. Doing this short and slow routine really made me feel better and help me not lose my morning to feeling yucky.

    Thank you for this one. The whole day worn out, I was at the sauna yesterday, seems I had to recuperate a whole day from it. Wonder if that is normal? This one helped to keep going.
