I just ordered a VRX. I don't really speak Mountain bike yet, but thanks for making me feel like $2600 wasn't wasted. It's bananas that this is a "budget" bike these days.
I love that they opted for external cabling as long as it is lined up properly and supports dropper post internal
In my view, the external routing is a plus!

Looks like some great builds for the price point. I'm stoked there are some brands out there with some very affordable modern geometry mountain bikes. Sub $3K is a fantastic price for even the highest-end model, and solid parts spec too. Great review Bike Hombre!

@@topchoice1621 I think that it's a great entry bike for a beginner. If the person intends on riding a lot, then I think the VRX model works perfect since the bike can grow with the rider and the parts don't need upgrading. If the person only intends on riding casually once in awhile I would get a VR or VRS since the added money of the VRX isn't necessary for casual rides. Thank you for the question!
@@BikeHombre I agree with you 100% I’ve been looking for a full suspension mountain bike that will fit my needs and not have to be upgraded while I work on my riding skills and that will help me progress in the sport of mountain biking plus at a great price and the mystique vrx is perfect for me I’m ordering it today
Can you add more travel to the vr model so it’s 140 like the others
The frame on the VR is identical to the rest of the models, so you can increase the travel to 140
Any idea what size the axle spindles are (24mm or 30 mm diameter)?
I'm not too sure. I recommend contacting Vitus, they are pretty helpful and respond quickly

@@BikeHombre had a look. Looks like they addressed a lot of concerns from your last video, including brake choices and rear suspension (not that you were riding the higher end ones with better components in the last review).
I'm definitely sold, pulling the trigger on the VRX as soon as I save up enough. Or if Santa is good to me 😬

The whole range only has 2-piston brakes, no four pots.. Otherwise a great overview of the line up, thank you!

Yeaaaa, I was holding out for 2 months and ended up just pulling the trigger on the VRX. It's an upgrade in any case...
