- The end of 2023 gave us a resurgence of celebrity style, as movie premieres were back in full swing like "The Color Purple" which saw it's stars like Oprah Winfrey, Fantasia, Halle Bailey, & Taraji P. Henson revving up looks and legends like Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj & Taylor Swift all showed up and showed out throughout the month! Kendall Jennner, Kylie Jenner, and Kim Kardashian all delivered high fashion concepts for their annual Christmas party styles and Sydney Sweeney went on a press tour, but did it deliver? I'm unsure!

I love this mismatched styling that promotes going into your wardrobe and actually building a look rather than solely relying on what’s new and trendy on the runways. Granted the pieces could totally all be new but Nicki promoting this type of styling is important because rappers usually brag about being in the newest and most expensive, but now the idea lends to going back to appreciating the beauty of archival pieces and investment pieces without the stigma of looking dated.
Anya Taylor-Joy looks like she is referencing to the wives in Mad Max Fury Road. In the scene where they took a "bath" in the desert, their clothes looked VERY similar. I think it is quite smart as she plays Furiosa in the upcoming Mad Max movie.
I’m OBSESSED with Nicki’s style right now! A lot of people are pointing out the similarities between some of her looks right now and her looks back in her early days, which ties into what you were saying about looks being less straight off the runway looking and more of a stylistic creation!
I love that Charles Melton Kenzo style. He looks like an anime character with style in that outfit ❤

I LOVED the Ferragamo dress Hailey Bieber wore, but on the model. The model you showed side by side looked absolutely STUNNING! Halle Berry's dress was beautiful but the styling of her hair kinda threw it off for me. Fantasia was killing it with the poka dot suit. So many great looks in this vid

Though I appreciate the reference to Princess Diana, I would have preferred no skirt instead of the sheer skirt. The jacket was long enough and the boots would have been enough for interest on the bottom. I love what Charles Melton was wearing, Anya Taylor-Joy, and I was obsessed with ASAP Rocky's silver woven pants! Halle Berry was rocking her dress! It looked like she was going to guest star in an old episode of Game of Thrones, like she could pull out a sword at any moment. Amazed to hear Luke use so many positive attributes to describe Kendall Jenner's look, but I agree. He must be in a good mood😜 And I LOVE Nicki's emerald boots! 💚 Fantasia has been looking fabulous (Golden Globes notwithstanding) and I love that for her! I forgot about the back of Casey Mulligan's dress - those sleeve-esque swoopes were so cool. 🖤

I think she’s got a modern First Lady style. I live in London and a lot of what Kate wears you’ll see on working women that aren’t in the entrainment/fashion industry. They look great but there isn’t much to say besides the quality and the tailoring, it’s a lot of the same practical silhouettes.
