@Silvia Hoard Spring is the best weather, I have gone in June and July as well, cheaper then but hotter and rains more often!
@Silvia Hoard The #1 thing is the people who work there are the best. Super friendly and they take care of you. Everything is really well laid out. The rooms are spacious. There is a ton of good food options there as well. I've already booked my trip for 2023 and I am about to leave for a trip there this Saturday!!
@Silvia Hoard No problem. We usually book a Finest Club Junior Suite Ocean View room. It's just me and my wife but we normally travel with my brother who has kids. I like it because its close to the main pool and being in the Club level gets you some nice perks like access to Duomo which I think its their best restaurant. You really can't go wrong though.

The sign for the shuttle? You have to book that separate but it was super inexpensive and our driver gave us some drinks on the house. Also the resort gives you complimentary champagne upon your arrival.
And we did the Flight + Hotel package.

Incidentals were at least $100 but you got it back right after check out. And you can use a card for that.
Also we used cash to tip our service (US dollars).

Was it crowded? Or had a hard time finding a lounge chair?
No it wasn’t crowded. The pool lounge chairs were difficult sometimes to find but the ones on the beach were plentiful.

No it was not BUT they do have spaces that were accommodating for the 21+ crowd.
How was the food there?!

Everything was all inclusive and room service was available almost all day!
