    If you have the storage capacity store your cultivator in the unfolded position to avoid that big leak off drop

    We had the same issue with our backhoe. Older retired mechanic told me to pour some cool water on the injector pump to cool it down and see if it starts back up. If it does, the injector pump is going bad

    i’m always amazed how complicated farming is,, love the channel as a Dutch city man 🙌🏾

      From what I am understanding, every Dutch person is going to be a city person...I hope there is no truth to your government is seizing all farm lands!

      @AirplaneDoctor_ Před rokem

      @@chrischapel9165 They're not seizing farmland so to speak, but might as well be. The government is trying to force the sale of 3,000 farms in order for the Netherlands to comply with the EU emissions requirements for it's members. The EU is the most controlling governing organization in the free world and the Netherlands doesn't have the spine to say no, they are quite happy getting on their knees to please those in Europe who make the decisions.

      @@chrischapel9165 - true its getting harder for them by stronger EU rules about emission and such so… we import and play hypocrite

    What’s the old sayin, if you didn’t have bad luck, you’d have no luck at all!! Good luck with getting the planter working!

    "The sun'll come out tomorrow
    So you gotta hang on 'til tomorrow
    Come what may" It's going to be fine, at some point? You've most likely solved all of these issues by now! Justa plantin and grinin.

    If you have a rubber line between the fuel tank and the transfer fuel pump, it can have a flap break loose internally and stop the fuel flow. That would explain why you can run for 45 minutes before it stops. With those glass fuel filters you should see if the transfer pump is able to pump them up to pressure immediately after the excavator dies. This would let you know if the transfer pump is failing intermittently. Lastly, large debris can be pulled into a plug. After you park it the debris floats away. Release the bleed plug at the filters and manually pump the transfer pump to know if fuel can move through the filters. One last thing, if you have an electric solenoid that is shutting off fuel to kill the engine instead of a kill cable that could be failing intermittently.

    I am always amazed that farm equipment holds up at all considering all the moving parts and a good dose of dirt & grit to wear said parts down let alone with those heavy wings , supported as best as possible then the folding and all those lines and wires ...Farm machinery is interesting from the viewers side...my hat is off to farmers
