As an old school, "we actually fought for gay rights" lesbian, I never understood how T for Trans made it into the community... I was like, "What? They are about their gender identity, not their sexual identity, get the fuck out of here!" Now look at them, they run the whole fucking show. Great video, and you are spot on my friend. @officialmer If you're talking to me, you are talking to an actual enviromentalist, who goes above and beyond to recyle and reuse. Still, not a pushy in-your-face type, I just do it because to me it makes sense and feels right. That's how I am about my sexuality too. I'm gay, I'm fine with it, but I don't need to push it on anyone, and I sure as hell don't advocate for more homosexuality. It is a natural abberation of humanity, doesn't mean it needs to be celebrated or encouraged. You missed my point entirely about the Trans community. I have no use for the activists in the Trans community, they bully everyone, and then after all is said and done, they have the audacity to tell the world they were "straight all along, just in the wrong body." Oh, and don't MISGENDER them either, when a man becomes a woman, suddenly the word WOMAN isn't a bad word. But if a woman IS a naturally born woman, well then we all need to be called bleeders because of "inclusiveness."

Arielle, we recently aired a lesbian dating TV show like the bachelor in the US (called princess charming in Germany). It was said TWICE in TV by candidates, that you are a racist (trans racist) if you don’t like women with male genitals. One women cried because she declared that it is just her sexual preference to NOT like man genitals only female. But nobody defended her. The statement in the TV show remained (also in the after show!): if your a lesbian who dislikes a woman with a penis you are a racist. We have gone and fought so far and now we got that.

@@hippyjason I’m not in any way taking away from the suffering that men have been through. Soldiers, hard workers, slaves, yes they have been treated badly. But that’s more of a class issue than a sex issue. Men have been called the stronger sex, the dominant sex, and even the poorest and most oppressed men were still in higher rank than their women. Women were owned by men not vice versa. Unless the woman was a queen of course. But the 99% of women were owned just like cattle were owned.

@@efrosinischedvin4905 You're right except for 2 of your points that need additional consideration: Throughout history, 99% of women were owned just like cattle were owned, but so were 99% of the men, most of history worked somewhat like a feudal system. Secondly, all your points are historical; yet men in present day, more then ever, don't have the right to say no without being shamed, coerced, or pressured, either by society, or it's institutions. Whereas feminism has by and large eliminated _most_ of those involuntary types of stresses for modern women. (Again, for clarity, I didn't say _all,_ I said _most.)_

I felt I had to be careful who I shared my sexual orientation with for fear of prejudice, losing my job, not being hired and yes violence from men. I've been hurt before, but this is like dying, and realizing God doesn't love you regardless of your sins. Like I've got no safe place, even though I never was openly trans, I always felt "at least there's some people who will accept me", Im sorry we're trans, and that a majority of us aren't mature enough to respect a person's right to say no. Remember that isn't all of us, a percentage of us keep everything hidden. Allow me to explain, I use to date girls before everything. I'd get comfortable, then I'd tell them I was trans. Most would say its fine, then I'd get treated different, eventually ignored. Didn't argue, just accepted it. Years later I would come out to my partners, most recent relationship I was called ugly twice, cheated on, and once during a video chat my cleavage accidentally showed, and they threw up. I didn't ask for an apology , I just accepted i didn't make it anyone's problem. They just ghosted me a month ago, a year down the drain. I don't date anymore for obvious reasons, I can't even date men because my family is huge, literally giant, and they're totally against homosexuality (religious family).
This is a new kinda pain honestly, I always thought "hey who needs a lover, I've got sisters and brothers in the community". Ive never been to a pride parade because I'm not proud of what I am, but now I really don't want to go. I honestly didn't know this is how people felt.

With all that, think of this. All of us in this community has been discriminated against, some more than others, and the fortunate ones participate with nothing but love in their hearts. But destruction, and rebirth of a gift from god is a far greater sin than commiting homosexual activities. Regardless we've all been told at some point we're going to hell, is really necessary to completely cut ties with an entire group just because a few choose to act upon their anger with insults, and pure pressure.

You're straight and you know how you FEEL about the idea of having sex with a guy? Yeah, she feels EXACTLY the same way you do." Also, Arielle, be aware that the Trans community also says the same thing about straight males not wanting to date them. • @chrissnyder2091

As a ( mostly) straight male, I find it difficult to wrap my head about most of this BS. I was under the understanding that everyone had personal autonomy, an inherent right to say yes or no and not have to justify it with other people. Over the decades I have been periodically propositioned by gay men, I never perceived it as an insult as in fact a compliment of sorts. I have always politely said thank you but no thank you, and none of them have made an issue of it. People get to make choices they are not required to justify them to anybody else. They're not required to subvert their own needs or desires to meet someone else's expectation of political correctness. Just as it would be ethically wrong for me to try to coerce a lesbian to having sex with me it's equally wrong for a trans person or even another lesbian to course someone into having sex with them. No means no now and forever... The fact that some people seem to think coercion is acceptable is a mind boggler given how long it was considered acceptable for a hetero man to pressure a hetero woman into sex, most people eventually caught onto the fact that that was BAD. Sexual coercion even from members of a group that are considered to be politically favored is WRONG.

By your words you could get rid of the movement itself cause there would be no need for it. Gender subsequence sexual attraction, without gender you wouldn't have lesbian, gays you would just have people attracted to others which gets rid of the individualities between them. Hence there would be no need for the movement anymore.

They tell her she is marrying to please me. News flash he maybe a friend of mine who I love like a son. I may have introduced him to her. But I have also introduced her to women she has dated. Couple of whom I love like my own daughter. I do not care who my child is with long as she is happy, respected, safe and loved.
The issue is she is being harassed by others because she is marrying a male. She is being told she is not bi or bi enough because she is with a man. Apparently her getting married means she is not bi nor was she ever bi because she is marrying another man.

He was very happy with his gifts and he chose to wear the yellow shirt when he visited his mom the next weekend. Seeing her son, she got upset and asked him why he didn't like the blue shirt.
Back to your daughter, she can only choose one person to marry. That choice does not define her sexual orientation. Marrying a man does not mean she is straight any more than marrying a woman proves she's really a lesbian.

It blows my mind there are groups pushing for pedophilia too. I am liberal but lean conservative with age. Think we all do as we grow older. The abortion issue is where I draw the line with the left. Because I only think abortions should be performed in case of rape, incest or mothers life in danger or fetus is never going to be viable. Abortion should not be about birth control especially because birth control is readily available. Most health departments give condoms away free. If you have to use it for birth control it should only be a one time deal after that you should be able to control it better. Sex workers are another ballgame all together. When Prodigy (yes it was before AOL) opened the first LGBT chat rooms in the mid-90s, there was even then a vitriolic sub-set of members who were tolerated because we needed numbers. At the time, it was easy to police advocated violence (i.e. "k*ll all men") because alternate platforms weren't available. Still, those sentiments smoldered for years moving to various web forums and other media. Mass social media provided the perfect environment for those old embers to become a global wildfire. It's too late to put the genie back in the bottle; we need a new genie.
