Generally my projects are for my grandchildren to enjoy. OK, I enjoy them too. If anybody else likes them, that is a bonus. I like to keep my work as simple and basic as possible so that it can be copied easily and improved by anybody who wants to try themselves. I recycle or repurpose items rather than buy new and when I do buy I like to keep it cheap.

I had the same one. It was so easy to break and 12 year old me took it apart as well.
can you show the setup for charging your car battery to charge on solar and how long does it take to charge
+MN SHP (MNSHP11) this is what I use czcams.com/video/BwSBAzLkFIg/video.html I believe it is mis-described as a charger I would expect it to take months to charge a battery from a fully discharged state. In the smaller print it talks about trickle charging and that is what it does. It works fine keeping my battery topped up and that is all I use it for.
GrandadIsAnOldMan thank you, I have a 20w solar panel+charge controller and a car battery but I need to get the voltage up past 9v before the controller stay on so I just wanted to see how long it takes, thanks

Can you add a wire trimmer head to a mini Flymo trimmer ?
I've just brought the Flymo mini trim, from Argos, I'm not happy with it. I brought it from Argos , and they are awful when it comes to returning goods. I would like to buy a Strimmer , that I can attached a wire head brush cutter to .I'm fed up , with the nylon line breaking. What strimmer and weed head do you recommend. For someone on a limited budget ?
If you specifically mean metal wire in place of the normal plastic filament, then I would suggest caution ⚠️ The purpose of the plastic filament is to protect you and your plants and garden furniture by breaking before it causes damage. With a bit of Googling, you will find there are health and safety issues. @annettemaxwell3816 if you are in the UK, you will find Poundland does strimmer line in 3 different thicknesses so you could try a different thickness to see if it helps. I think they were £1.50 each. But I know exactly what you mean, and those wire ones are very tempting. I tend to expect the worst-case scenario, so I play safe. If you follow the full instructions, you would wear eyeshields, ear defenders, and stout shoes 👍😁
@@GrandadIsAnOldMan I was thinking of the wire brush head, not the wire filament. I keep seeing it advertised. A round head with a metal brush head attached to the trimmer.
