This is the deep and secluded Hawaii i have always dreamed of. Molokai is indeed a very beautiful island. May it always remain pristine and not become blemished as its sister islands. Thank you for such beautiful video.
Thank you for this video. I lived in Hawai'i for two years and I was lucky enough to visit Moloka'i, which truly is the expression of God's beauty and greatness. Aloha from Italy
Nicoletta Romano Aloha Nicolette. You are most welcome. Many of my family and friends are asking if I would put together a picture book of Molokai with some of my images. Well, I decided to make one for myself as a souvenir. Have you seen it? If not, let me know and I can send you the link. Thank and Aloha, Ted.
OMG. I am a child of Moloka’i born Sep 1949. Went back Sep 2017 with my grandson. I went to find my roots & family history. My Tutu had a pig/ or chicken farm. He and my grandma raised their 6 children there , one of them was Loretta Dulay (my biological makuahine). I will go back and truly hope we can meet. Love all the beautiful pics. It’s a land that should remain Akua land. Aloha...
Lived there for a few years 1993. Mom was a special ed teacher. Was quite a challenge for a mother with kids. I got a job at Kalua Koi resort Molokai. My mom is a rock star. Please let Molokai accept her again.
WOW TED .. JUST TOTALLY UTMOST AMAZING .. GOTTA LOVE THAT DRONE WOW . THIS IS AKA NATIVE FLUTE PLAYER KAKMAMA , SUCH A INSPIRING VIDEO . MAHALO FOR THE AWESOME PHOTO JOURNEY .
Mahalo Ke Akua for my friend Ted allowing me the privilege of sharing his video of God's handiwork expressed and magnified in the beauty of His Creation.
This is truly beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing. I look forward to visiting Molokai for the first time from Canada next month. :) What an inspiring film to watch first. So well done.
Beautiful, striking photography and video of Molokai, still apparently the Island that time forgot but mother nature did not! Ted, if I ever to get back to this island that was too briefly home I hope I have the chance to meet you. Your knowledge of the island is incredible.
As always, fabulous photography! "Superb" cannot possibly sum up your work, Ted! Truly, I've seen no better, and I don't believe I've ever seen anyone else who has done as well as you do. Thank you, Ted Kanemitsu!
Ted, your photography and editing leave one breathless. You’ve captured & graciously shared the raw beauty, the spirit of this incredible paradise that is Molokai’. Mahalo !
So many beautiful memories. We just love Molokai and have enjoyed our annual visits and staying in Kepuhi Bay. looking forward to the end of the pandemic travel restrictions to be able to continue our spring time ritual again. Beautiful video, thank you for sharing.
Beautiful video 📹 it brings such a indescribable feeling but it's so good makes you feel the past and future of the planet thanks 😊 🙏🏾 appreciate content like this
Thank you so much. This video was made as a nature slide show presentation a few years ago at our Molokai Seventh-day Adventist Church, on a Sabbath when we had no pastor to preach. Since the members liked it, I decided to post it, and it was very well received. Aloha.
Thanks so much my family were on oahu thinking of moving to the big island but I thought of molokai because we want something real quiet and disconnected from the world so I found you videos and they give that pure aloha God bliss garden of eden passion a feel love it. Would love to learn more about molokai from you I sent you a message on Facebook not sure if you use it saw your Instagram too but I noticed you don't use it. Hopefully to hear from you aloha thanks for the videos 📹 😀 😊
@@KINGINAWA Yes. Molokai is a special place indeed. We Love our island, living here, I've learned that you can't always get what you want, but you can always get what you need. LOL.
Thank you Andy. Yes I’m born and raised here. Funny how this video came about: a few years ago, I was asked by my church (Molokai Seventh-day adventist) if I would do a sermon for Sabbath since we were not going to have a pastor that week. I am deffinately not a preacher, so I offered to do a nature vidfeo presentation instead. Knowing my photography skills, they agreed. It took a couple of weeks to decide which images & video clips I wanted to use since I have so many of them, and finally came up with this. Nervous as heck, I did the presentation, and was amazed by the response. I believe The Lord guided me in this one. Any way, I have recieved many requests since then for copies (That I would give away for free on DVD), that I decided to put it one CZcams. I was even able to get around the music copywriter's claim by giving them credit and not receive any monetary kickback myself. Stay safe, and have a wpnderful and pleasant day. Aloha.
@@molokaibicycles Thank you for the lovely reply, Ted. The openness of your reply is so typical of the people of Hawaii in general, and the extra-special people of Molokai in particular. Your photographs are truly amazing! Thank you very much for making these available, first in church and later on You Tube. Mahalo & Aloha!
Too late! I love Ted but stuff like this is a floodgate to Moloka’i. I have mixed feelings especially as of late when so many people come here thinking they can do what they like - ummmm… WRONG!,!! Know your place. Respect This ain’t no lala land.
Levi Campbell Go for it. You’ll be the happiest person on earth. I worked there for 7 years and regretted leaving. The head nurse (Paula) is an ex-girlfriend of mine. She hates my guts! LOL.

I will be arriving there next week. I can't wait. Maui is getting too busy and touristy. I want some magical seclusion. I think I found it

MAN the things that the drone has enabled you to do! Your still shots are just sick. Nicely done, my friend!
Lived there for a few years. Beautiful/Peaceful. West end. Our house looked over a fish pond that was loaded with crab. The view was always awesome.
Fantastic Ted. We see many of those spots flying by on Mokulele. You are my sensei.
