Thank you so much for your support! For bar exam purposes, I don't think it should matter which you discuss first. I would probably discuss the topics in the order that the call of the question presents it. This might make it easier for your grader to follow along with your answer.

Off subject: What kind of attorney do I hire for my case? I won a $1k on a skilled contest publicly aired on a public radio station syndicated morning show and having conformation of everything needed was received, ( filling the tax form & copy of drivers license) by the promotions manager was told I'd receive the $1k check by mail in 8wks and would also receive a heads up of its arrival a couple days before so. Never received check after 8wks, so I contacted the promotions manager to find out why I have not been contacted or received the check. I was told the promotions manager that I dealt with was no longer with them.The new promotions manager told me that they had no way of believing I was the winner of this contest and I would not be receiving any check. I told them I know what I won ,in fact i had it recorded it off the radio on my other phone while it was being aired, in an attempt to assure that I was in fact the winner. I was told that they was not going to believe me unless i sent them a copy of my recorded audio. So I did, along with a copy of all the email transactions and conformations with the previous promotions manager. Their response was that they could not open the audio attachment I sent, that if I could send it in mp3 format. I did. They said that it was the correct format but could not hear any audio. I sent it to them in multiple formats only to receive the same responses that they only will proceed if they receive this recording. Even after speaking directly on the phone with them expressing my concern of previously submitting all my personal info like ss# & copy of DL& tax form info and to the previous promotions manager and how much emotional distress I'm experiencing on a daily basis in my shop, that's tuned to this radio station 24/7 when we all hear my voice in a clip of myself giving right answers and winning this contest coming from the radio for over a few months of several times a day for their own advertisement of this contest, whilst knowing they do not believe me & will not give me my prize based outside of their own terms and rules. I feel victimized. Can't even listen to the radio in my shop anymore, too depressing. Needless to say production is down. Biggest challenge so far is trying to understand what type of attorney I would need to hire and is it even worth the $1k I won. I'm completely aware and understand the role of the FCC and choose not to have any involvement if possible for personal reasons that would not benefit me.
