you spoke my heart even my friends and other people think I'm having a common cold,cough or tonsils but they can't really understand what I'm going though, I wasn't able to even write in examination hall and stopped myself for 15 minutes and couldn't attempt 20 marks of account exam. Hlw sir I am facing the same problem. My age is 23 and 5 years before I went through a nasal surgery because it was unbearable for me. After the operation I was feeling good for some months but slowly it catched again. It is very disturbing during the exam times and has effected alot in every field of mine. Couple of months ago I went to Apollo hospitals Chennai and the doctor suggested for an operation. I was not ready for the operation so he named a tablet (tos relent) and a spray (cortispray) which really helped. But now the tablets are over and not available here and problem of allergy continues. This has broke me down and none understands this.

Try simple anti-allergic tablets like Cetrizine during onset preferably before sleeping. It helps a lot, I am trying this n relieves for 2-3days.
