I suffer fom this 35 years "I´m 48 now". From february until september. Somtimes i couldnt take it anymore! I let testet the levels of Vitamine D3, Zinc, Iron and selenium, and they were too low. @@ushasri9445 Jalniti means pouring water in one nostril and removing from the other and then repeating it with the other nostril as well.

Since from 30 years I am suffering everyday allergic rhinitis and running nose almost every morning and it happens frequently in a day it turns more severe when weather changes.

When ever you have a headache wrap a wet jute cloth( the cloth should be well squeezed so that the water does not drip from that) around your head for 1/2 an hour and the headache will vanish completely.

maybe you can try using sponge nasal plugs if you don’t want to have surgery or take medicine, my dad and me cured by using sponge nasal plugs, that's amazing!

I have been suffering from chronical allergic rhinitis since past 3.5 years and before that I had undergone surgery for DNS and endoscopic sinusitis. Also I had some fungal growth which was cleaned before surgery(during nasal endoscopic test).
Since surgery I m on steroidal medicines. Daily nasal wash with salineted water and post that steroidal spray and 20 mins later gargle(antiseptic sol in salt water). This is something I have to do daily. And before sleeping a tablet.
Sept is the most horrible month for me.
I do not have runny nose at all but I do face severe breathing issue and throat problem(stiffness in throat muscles and throat is always dry due to steroid medicines) something which I can express how terrible it is 😭
Also due to this pandemic I m living in fear as already I have breathing issues.

I'm suffering from this problem since childhood, now I am 28 years old woman. Again with this I have inhalation problem due to nostrils blockage. Doctor recommends me to take montelukast tablets. My pain and pressure is in the temples of my head, half my head, right ear pressure (sometimes), tightness and pressure on my nose and face. It happened since the ENT took wax out of my ear as I was suffering from tinnitus. From then on my ear keeps hurting till this day.. about 10 monthly nearly 😢 I can’t even breathe through my nose when I feel this spasm.. No congestion or runny nose. 🤷♀️

I take 10000 i.u. of vitamin d3 and 100mcg of vitamin k2 every day as per the suggestions of Dr.Berg. Inspite of these supplements I have tinnitus and sometimes vertigo also if I'm surrounded by smoke like dhoop or incense sticks which is inevitable in Indian homes.
For me this just started last drcemeber, thanks for the video will try out.. since it’s an existing situation, I have to take himalaya bresol for continuous 2 months ? Will it go away ?

I had severe allergies 30 years ago in spring and what I started doing was chewing on beeswax from a local beekeeper , it has helped me tremendously. Now I have some sneezing but nothing to speak of really. before it was sinus problems, itchy eyes, heavy sneezing etc.
I had the same 2 years ago and I started eating raw garlic first thing in the morning and I was completely well within 3 days ...but I kept using it for few months just to prevent . When I stopped it never came back but whenever I sneeze I chew on garlic and it stops almost immediately. If you are afraid of garlic smell afterwards then chew on 1 clove after taking garlic ....All the best.
