I a seeing an Ayurvedic doctor here in India - he is basically prescribing me the same things as mentioned by Dr Partap. It is quite easy to get these medications here in India, especially as there are many pharmacies dealing with ayurvedic medications. Does it work? Well, I suffered from terrible indigestion, due to excess of pitta, and by taking the medication prescribed by my doctor - all ayurvedic - I do feel much better. Now I just need to tackle my allergies!

Namaste Rajesh, please follow the video thoroughly to prepare the recipe/remedy as per instruction. There is no need to boil, just mix in mentioned ratio and take half teaspoon 2-3 times daily with lukewarm water morning, noon and evening after half an hour of meal. There is no requirement of mixture of three herbs if first one is followed.

I suffer pollen alergy during February to April spring season every year 🤧. It ruins my entire day. Whenever I go out of my house it's everywhere in the air. Difficulty in driving two wheelers. Also, you may add a bit of Mulethi to this mixture. Direction of ingredients and quantities are given in the video.
