It's incredible how she can sing so melodically at the speed of rap lyrically. The scat with the horn section is perfect. Scott is an amazing arranger and musician and Jared Manzo on bass is off the charts.

Saw PMJ live in Asheville. Incredible show singer after singer just belting out master exuberance and brilliance. We all got so caught up we nearly cheered them off stage. I know they couldn’t hear themselves. It was a tremendous performance met with thundering applause

I watched the original when it came out as I keep up with Postmodern Jukebox. But personally, I was not that impressed myself. It was okay, and had a good jazz sound I love, with all the instruments, but the vocals did not quite move me all that much. Seeing your break down, added a bit more to all and helped me appreciate some of the things I did not see for myself when I listened to it. Usually, I think of your channel as one to expose me to new music I have not heard, but it's good to see, in this case, you took something I had heard and added value to it. :)
