I dislocated my left shoulder doing dumbbell shoulder presses two years ago. It hurt like hell, couldn't sleep due to the pain, was costly, I was off from work for a long time, was bored (couldn't do much with one hand), stressed not knowing if I would still have a job due to the time off office being incompetent, and every day tasks were a chore. It wasn't until about three months ago that it stopped aching altogether and returned to close to what it was before. I will never be able to do things with that shoulder that I could do pre-injury though, and will possibly result in complications down the road.
Now, if you were to give me the choice of getting married or suffer another dislocation I would readily offer my remaining good arm.

I think with proper chiropractic and physiotherapy, especially after an x-ray, you can regain shoulder mobility and function, strength, and no longer have pain.

Just start small, and try to make it a habit. I noticed I started working out more consistently when I decided to do it before my morning shower. Find a time that you can spare, whether that's 15 minutes or half an hour, and then remind yourself daily to keep going until you start to do it habitually. Been going daily for nearly 3 years now and I'm in better shape than I've ever been, and I'm in general a lot more energetic and happy with my appearance.

I agree with marriage segment. I love my wife of 10 years with everything I am and have which is exactly why I would never do this again. The amount of time effort and oneself you put into another person can’t be replicated and frankly sounds exhausting.
