All facts but you donât have to look at eating healthy as being on a diet. As long as your active enough, exercise and work on hammer strength youâll be able to eat almost everything you want to. Get your metabolism ahead of your food/caloric intake, think of it like a race.

Recently caught your channel and usually I hate these style of reaction videos, but I have to give you props for your content. First of all, there's no hyperactive cuts and over the top obnoxious bullshit going on. You're adding context to the clips and presenting them fairly straight, even admitting if you get something wrong. It's totally refreshing to see that on CZcams and I'm glad your channel is doing well.
Just one thing about 06:50 - it's perfectly fine if a woman decides not to have children. I personally find it extrmely rude when someone asks my wife "so when you having kids?" or similar. You don't know someone's history and that's an extremely personal question to ask. You have no idea if there has been miscarraiges and other issues that could prevent us from having kids and it could be deeply traumatic. Luckily for us it's a personal choice, but you shouldn't define your whole existance from being a parent.

Secondly it's not their fault if they unknowingly ask something insensitive. If we have to be this watchful of asking or speaking about things because it might be traumatic for someone then we'd never be able to speak at all for fear of triggering someone. If you say something or ask someone something that is traumatic for them then you just apologize for doing so. There is no way you can reasonably know what is going to trigger every person so that's not really a good argument in my mind.
