Well, unfortunately, Safety Dept will trump anything Management has to say. If only we could deal with nuisance co workers and especially nuisance customers just like this. I would like to see Ricky's and Roscoe's take on dealing with nuisance customers.
No...literally....the safety man reports to management...which is literally then that company's decision to keep the person or to let them go lol idk where you think that a company that subcontracts another company to come and basically take notes would allow that subcontractor to make ANY kind of decision like that 😂 and if you really think that's how it works then you should really get out and get to know how some real multi-million dollar companies actually run their operations. The safety guy would most likely get fired from the safety company that got hired to perform that work, and then that company would most likely lose business from the company that hired them as well, if there wasn't any kind of legal ramifications that could arise from such a situation as well, because the safety company would have no record of any contracts that may have been signed between another contractor and the company that hired the safety company.
