- If you remove your bolt carrier stop lever or it falls out by accident, this DIY Video will show you to easily install (and remove) your Tavor's Carrier Bolt Stop Lever.
The first time I took my trigger pack, recoil assembly and bolt carrier stop lever (BCSL) out to inspect and clean them, it took me forever to figure out how to reinstall the BCSL because I had to stop the entire procedure to research the solution online. Hopefully, this video will make it easier for all Tavor lovers to remove and reinstall the BCSL without much trouble. No special tools are needed and you don't have to jamb something down receiver to reinstall the BCSL.
I sat here for far longer than I'd like to admit with my X95 trying to do this. Thanks!
THANK YOU!!! I thought I'd seriously screwed up. I fought with that thing and upped the ante on my swear usage until I'd had enough and figured that someone HAD to have made a video about this. After watching this, I had my X95 back together in a matter of minutes. Again, thank you!
I'm glad you found the video helpful!
Thank you very much. I popped it out and couldn't figure out how to get it back into place.
This is a simple thing that the manual doesnt explain well. Thanks, Kaneguy.
Thanks. I was going insane trying to figure this out.
Very simple and to the point thanks DJ!
Thanks for this demo video. I had seen another tuber who had a hell of a time getting this done.
Appreciate it!
this thing kicked my ass for about half an hour before I finally figured it out. when I did I was like "OH! DUH!"
pro tip, a head lamp really helps.
Most of us will go through that exercise at least once.
You save my bacon. Thanks buddy.
Kaneguy your the damn man!
You made this so easy even a caveman could do it! Thanks for doing this, a paragraph in the owners manual would have been helpful but nothing, so you saved the day! Thanks!
thank you soooo much!!! that was so annoying!!!
Thank you!
Hi. I'm having some issues with my bolt carrier stop lever.
Just picked up the gun and its never been fired. So heres the deal.
Every video that I have seen for dissasembly of the Tavor...The bolt stop carrier latch stays in place when the trigger pack is removed. Obviously because the metal piece connected to the spring sits in the groove at 2:54.
My Tavor doesnt have a groove for the thin metal piece to slide in. It looks like there is a groove there but there is a piece of plastic, like a plug that is in the groove. So, it's flat.
I have an SAR 18'. Is this for a different model or did they change this alltogether.
My stop carrier lever drops out with my trigger pack and my bolt carrier latch does not work.
When you charge the handle, the latch doesnt drop down like it shows in many videos.
Any help would be great.
Sorry to hear about your problem, Matic. My Tavor is an 18" as well and I am not aware of any design changes to the trigger assembly. Hopefully someone will come along and give you an answer that's more helpful.
I have the same issue. Have you been able to figure it out?
Dude... Thank you... I was so irritated for about 10 minutes
Too bad you didn't see my video first! It would have prevented the irritation. LOL.
@@Kaneguy I totally agree!! Wish I had! Thanks, again.
