I remember being upset when i reunited with Claude. Him standing there, all matured, made me feel like i had let him down for 5 years. And the fact that he went back to the school on a whim because he didnt know what else to do. He was hoping that Byleth would, somehow, rejoin him and help him end the nightmare.

@@TheGoldenDunsparce Nah, they are slightly different. Church route reveals about byleth past and his bound with sothis, the GD route instead reveals about the 10 heros,twhsitd and nemesis. The final map is the only real difference. But for me, a lot of things don't make sense, like the cutscene :"The death of the flame emperor". In silver snow byleth was Edelgard's teacher, so the scene does make sense, but in the GD path, byleth and Edelgard are mere "strangers" (sorry for the English, I am not a native speaker).But for the rest, yeah , they are pretty the same.
I really wish they did more real time cutscenes in this game. They look so good.

Just add 3 Cutscenes for CF, an altered Descent, a full Reunion at Dawn (which would instantly become my favorite cutscene in the game), and also a cutscene for Dimitri’s death. (The poor boy deserves at least that.)

She knew she had lost, so she wanted to die, to end this war she never wanted to start. She knew Byleth would respect that decision, and he/she does so. Dimitri isn’t going to do that, he doesn’t want to kill the only family he has left, and Edelgard knows that it will just keep the war going, so she uses the dagger that Dimitri gave her all those years ago, and tells Dimitri to stop fixating on the past, and cut his own path to the future. I may not like AM as much as CF, but damn, that ending rips my heart to shreds.

Demigods are when gods and humans have children, so they end up half god, whereas Serios is a child of the goddess, not exactly a goddess, but a child of the goddess

In Silver Snow, you’re part of neither the Faerghus resistance, nor the Leicester alliance, so this battle happens with both getting destroyed, and you’re the only one left to fight the empire.
In Crimson Flower, Byleth is fighting for the empire, so there’s no way they’d be forced to go on the defense, let alone get pushed back to Gronder Field.
Man I gotta say as a CF fan it really hurt my first playthrough of all the routes to find out that the CF crew only gets like 1 cutscene and everyone else got so many lol.
The reason why the movie is only 45 minutes long is because the game time itself is mostly comprised of managing inventories, running around catholic hogwarts to return your herem of waifus lost items and hosting tea parties.

I love how everyone says that Byleth was a complete idiot for saving Edelgard, even though not only was she the only one with them that could tell them where TWSITD resided, but also the fact that Byleth had NO WAY OF NOTICING Edelgard was even remotely associated with them. Can't say Byleth is an idiot, but it seems to be the least likely route. VW seems to be the most likely. From the story all up the the point where Ede asks you to join her you know two things, Ede is the flame emperor and she sided with the bad guys which caused jeralt's death. I know that she specifically didnt do it but its stll unlikely that anyone would ally with such a person. Not to mention going against all the students you got to know so well and have a relationship with. And in this stage of the game we dont even get a clear look at her motives. Its basically 'what im doing is right even though i let your father die join me plz lmao'.

1; The aftermath of “conflict in the holy tomb”, CF version.
2; The reunion cutscenes for CF, AM, & VW.
3; Claude explaining his goals in “the alliance leader’s ambitions”.
4; Dimitri’s speech to the blue lions at the start of “the king’s triumphant return”.
5; The ending cutscene of Crimson Flower, A world for humanity.
The cutscenes make me think of about just how good Berserk 2016 could have been if it was animated by people who actually have expertise in 3D animation.
