this is my first reaction video post in about a year.
This time, I made a video in the form of
a review of his new song "The story of one sky"
from the requests I received.
It is a huge piece, just over 13 minutes long,
but it is a great piece of work.
There are 40 minutes in this review of a 13-minute epic. LOL!

MADE HISTORY Dimash composed this classical"Symphonic Tone Poem" standing on the shoulders of the great composer and pianist Franz Liszt who wrote the first one in the 1800s and changed music forever. Dimash then acted in it, sang in it, composed a symphony, for it and the text, put it in movie not video format and catapulted it into 21st century art and a FIRST in music history ! Listen again, just the music this time, and remember, every note for every musician, every instrument, violins, cellos, oboes, the choir singing, his voice, you hear, he commited to paper, and a symphony played it, all coming out of his genius. I'm staggered at the breadth of his virtuosity.

Thank you. I'll do it like you said. It is just that I'm emotionally drained after each time of watching it. Besides being a genius, I think Dimash is insanely brave artist to make all religions walk together even if it is too late. I still can't believe all the instruments sounding together from OM to Schafar. Human history in a short movie created by an absolute genius. It is epic.

I'm still sick after watching the movie. Crying. And yet I understand that it is the most powerful thing I've ever heard and watched. Thank you for sharing your analysis, you can't imagine how deep it is. You hear and notice tiny details most western artists miss or simply don't understand. I think Dimash is the insanely brave man to combine all religions with their tunes and instruments in one composition, sometimes one shot. It is a stunning masterpiece of biblical proportion, requiem to humanity not listening to divine warning.

Everyone who watches/listens sees/hears the Russia-Ukraine war in this, yet he's one of very few reactors who's said it out loud. Many take offense but only because they feel attacked. But, before DQ sang this song in Almaty, he spoke to the audience about how from touring the world he understands that ordinary people do not start wars, our crazy presidents/governments do. DQ loves all people.

Сколько раз я просмотрела этот фильм, созданный нашим замечательным Димашом , слушая его песню и музыку, постоянно плачу , только он смог донести всю боль и ужасы войны до сердец , он говорит нам людям проживающих в разных странах , разных конвенции, чтобы мы не упустили все то хорошее , которое было вложено изначально Богом , чтобы мы не упускали из рук то, самое для нас доброе, самое ценное, самое чуткое- Любовь , Надежду, Веру!!!
Мне очень понравился , ваш разбор всего шедеврального фильма, в заключении фильма, последнего эпизода, где герой - Димаш гибнет, потом возрождается в рождения сына, я думала, что душа героя ведёт души упокоенных в последний обитель к отцу- Богу на небеса , общий для всех ! Hello Kamichika! Thank you for your sincere reaction, you managed to interprete the message of the story very well! I hope when you translate this text, it comes accross as intended. Have you noticed that Dimash is the main solder right from the very beginning of the war scene, when he was shot in the arm, many people miss that? When I first watched this MV, it broke me, I became very emotional, it was heart wrenching, to say the least!😢
Dimash has worked very hard for 3 years composing the music for this song, and around 20 days to make this MV. It turned out to be his most valuable MV, in the ideological sense, ever made, a real Masterpiece! I was under the impression that it was the most expensive video ever made, too.
I believe that Dimash deserves THE NOBEL PEACE PRIZE, for his selfless hard work and tireless efforts, not only for this MV, but for trying to bring the world together in love, peace and harmony, through his music, MVs and many charities he dedicates his time to. He is a Legend and will go down in History.
The mini movie is full of symbolisms, it's the story of 3 youths, and the necklace which was made by the young Dimash and shared with his friends symbolizing lifelong friendship and unity. The Piper grew up and started a war, using the symbol of the necklace as the crest on his army uniform.
This is my breakdown of the story, as I see it:
1) Dimash, who was drowning at the beginning and at the end.
2) The Piper, the one who saved Dimash, and who became the leader, and who was killed by Dimash at the end.
3) The young girl, who died in childbirth, became Dimash’s future wife, had two children together; a daughter who was killed by the Piper's army; and the birth of a son at the end, who inherited the necklace from her mother…, they were all torn by the war.
For the symbolic aspects, Dimash is showing the different cultures and religions (Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hindi, etc.), through throat singing, which is called the REQUIEM (mass for the souls of the dead), from different religions. The Pilgrim, Shepard or Wise Man at the end of the video was Dimash’s newborn son, born in his image and grows up to guide the Representatives of different religions and race from different Nations to the light, for a new beginning living together in peace, tolerance, love and harmony.

DQ's phenomenal 9-23-22 Almaty live performance of this composition and this MV are prophetic masterpieces of transcendental pro-planet/antiwar art activism & spiritual experiences wherein Dimash issues a sincere, passionate yet heartbreaking call to action to love one another & unite to stop all aggression & to save our Mother Earth, the sacred womb from which all life sprung! Let us shun our failing, self-serving Pied Piper leaders whose lunacy continues to lead us all to our mutual destruction by ignoring our species' fate & the "tightening noose" of climate change, hunger, poverty; by instead wasting time & resources & countless lives by choosing to "lead us to the slaughter" by engaging in these senseless, endless wars!
YES! Tons to unpack & dependent upon a person's frame of reference, their interpretation of the video & DQ's meaning will be colored by their own preconceptions & life experiences, etc. The verse that says "share the love, not shares" I believe can also be interpreted to mean "share the love" in real time in meaningful ways person-to-person caring for others & their needs, "not shares" such as empty social media virtual "shares." That's the way I took it anyway.
All I can say for certain is DQ's awesome composition and MV performance of this incredible composition of his has created the global dialogue seeking to understand it, each other and ourselves and has done more to promote a culture of tolerance he speaks of in his message at the end of the video. He's successfully started the convo and it is up to us to spread this video & respectfully engage with everyone we can in order to try to unite in our common desire for peace under our shared one sky, Dears!
Did you get the verse that said "we have passed the moment of "Imagine?" That's clearly a reference to Lennon's iconic song about the utopia he dreamed of & I personally believe DQ further means that due to the damages we as a species have caused to the planet, we now are passed that moment of plenty & that the "world is [no longer] the feast" & now we must truly work very hard together to overcome our limited, finite resources or "Do we have to starve?" DQ asks us like "what's it going to take" for us to "WAKE UP?" People are actually dying from famine NOW. He proclaims THIS is OUR LAST CHANCE, we must immediately act as there's "not a moment to lose" before the Earth implodes! #TimesUp #ItsTimeToSaveTheEarth
We must awaken spiritually. We must raise our collective human consciousness, unite, be as ONE --- live and let live --- & understand our shared fate under our shared sky. "Can we balance on the edge of a fiery grave" with all these competing self-interests & is it even possible to save our future on this planet? To avert our own extinction & achieve that utopian peace we all desperately need to survive as a species so that we might enjoy peaceful, prosperous lifetimes for ourselves & future generations, DQ begs us to #ChooseLife UNITE!

No. I dont think he did here either and I dont understand why everyone else does. Apparently the Kazakh word he used also means 'something very meaningful', 'something that took a lot of effort,' 'precious.' I think this is what he meant.
