Still remember waking up at 5 am to watch that series, and boy oh boy didn’t it pay off. The final punch down the ground by Pant has to be one of the best cricketing memory for me if not the best.
Yes that was one amazing afternoon on 19 jan.
I was there at the ground for all 5 days. I Still get goosebumps just by thinking of it.
Yes sab yaad ha Aisa lagta ha kal hi to bat thi sab yaad ha
Isme still remember jaisa kya h. Abhi to hui thi ye series. Not long time back
@@shobhitkukreti It's been 18 months since that series. For me, it does count as a long time back.
That one shot of pujara staring back at Hazelwood shows that he is more gladiator than cricketer... Nothing but pure guts... Respect and salutations... What a warrior
W Sundar and S Thakur partnership was one of the key reasons for India's 4th test win in Gabba
Sundar 99* was sad
@@smartyboyy95 not that test. Sundar 96 not out was against England at india
Bharat Arun The Underrated Bowling Coach Selected Such Key Players As Net Bowlers Who Were Also Capable Of Playing As Frontline Bowlers. 💯
Once again TOP level narration he took us back to the Historic series 🔥✔️
Vikram Rathore, the batting coach, then later in the England Series sat down with the bowlers or "tailenders" and had batting sessions with them, which resulted in a little longer stay of tailenders in 1st test match at Nottingham with 34 runs for 10th wicket by Bumrah and Siraj and then the famous 89* partnership by Bumrah and Shami in the 2nd test at Lord's
Support staff of Ravi Shastri....people in India will never understand this man.
@@uraval8118 ya support staff did soo much where as main man never went beyond cheer leading role.
@@Naniy55462 it is the head coach who picks his/her support staff.
@@uraval8118 that's y education is important, no one asked u who picks support staff etc. Forgot what we are discussing about?
We are talking about individual contributions.
If we are going with who picks who then kohli picked ravi shashtry so kohli is great and kohli is backed by dhoni so dhoni is great and list goes on. That's y stay on topic.
I as many of us feel so lucky and proud to have witnessed "The greatest test series ever played in cricket history"
This is the memory I would like to share with my children and Grand-children....
Haven't watched it yet but surely excited for the series
Dear sir,
Just like every other little boy in india, I also wanted to be a cricketer when I grew up.(before the cruelty of reality set in). Still i fought to play cricket (with my parents) and bleed to play cricket( some on the field but mostly at my parents hand for wasting time ). I keenly remember 2003 world cup final. Despite knowing India lost the final early on, watching till the last wicket hoping that the tailenders will somehow perform a miracle and win us the cup. I cried all night for the loss and got fever. (Sheer stupidity and how I wish to be that stupid once again) . And in 2011 world cup, how i mad I got when Sri Lankans celebrated their 1st innings score like they have already won the cup and sheer joy I felt when dhoni hit that six. To celebrate the win, I snuck out of my home in the middle of the night despite preparing for my 12th standard board exams. And playing cricket in between the board exams, and teachers coming to the ground to chase us out. Those are some of the happiest moments of my life. I no longer watch cricket. The drudgery of life has defeated the magic of cricket. But Your videos somehow takes me back to my childhood . I cant thank you enough for that.
So Thank you. Please keep doing what u are doing.
This match was something more than just a win! The feeling is just undescribable.....So is your narration and the quotes you've written ✨ 👍👍! Exceptional!!!
Don't ever drop Pujara from the test side please. He is a pure class batsman, everyone has bad times, he had too but the grit, the determination and the passion for test cricket that he has is truly appreciable. Also, its amazing how two friends (Pant and Gill) who had promised to each other the night before the final day at the Gabba that they have to win the test at any cost, kept their promises were the top scorers in that innings. It truly felt like a whole movie script. This series was probably on par with the Ashes 2005 considering the amount of hardships that the Indian team had to face. Greatest series of all time for me.
I got Goosebumps so many times in whole documentary but didn't get at the end and the main reason was commentary i wish there was hindi commentary like "Tuta hei gaaba ka ghamand..."
What a phenomenal narration 🔥
Always🙏
As an Indian in Australia, this was the sweetest victory one could ever imagine. It will forever be etched in my memory where I was when we breached the Gabba fortress.
Those who watched the actual series , they could well relate to each and every scene you showed up here ☺
I've dying to watch this for so long. Can't even find a place to buy it. T_T
7:22 watched the whole last day and when we won it was a moment of goosebumps
I watched the whole test series, sitting jobless and depressed at home because of lockdown.
I watched every single ball in the series. I got more depressed with 36-9 and then somehow I knew we'd win this series too after Rahane's century, that's the grittiest test century in modern test with swinging conditions.
The whole series was 110%worth waking up at 5 in the morning and watching the match. This series helped me a lot.
Goosebumps...i saw the entire series, and makes me push harder, push harder till i die. This is glorious, and never shall be forgotten. Jai hind. Bharat mata ki jai
I thought I knew cricket, but man, I was wrong. Your channel finally taught me cricket through the stories. I owe you so much!
I still get goosebumps everytime for just thinking that particular series...pure inspirational stuff this is 🔥🔥🔥
“This is what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object.” it is what I felt when Ashwin and Hanuma Vihari stood all day on the ground , eventually drawing the match, which could no less be a victory for them.
The fourth test match which was held in The Gabba goes down in history as the best test victory of all time for India.
The last episode - ‘License to Kill’ (which was the best) showed how a team of steel-willed young men took down the fortress of The Gabba, exemplifying the spirit of fighting back.
After watching this series it assured me that no other form of cricket can replace the wisdom of Test Cricket.
Amazing Narration, just missed the Siraj's 5 wicket haul story and emotions after he lost his father!!!
Your description gives me goosebumps. My school days when emotional drama in cricket was just too much to bear
Brother 1 question I'd like you to answer, people argue that India won BGT 2021 because it rotated and played about 20 players whereas Australia didn't face so many injuries and had the same players who got tired, while India had fresh legs and bodies coming in.
Neeraj Pandey is a superb director, his narration style is just brilliant
A Wednesday, Special 26, Baby, MS Dhoni Untold Story, Special OPS all of them (except Aiyaary) have some undeniable power of narration. Kudos to him.
But personally when I was watching the test series in Jan 2021, from the 1st day of the 3rd test, I was saying Draw.. Draw.. Draw and the way Pant played almost felt like a fairytale and then Ashwin Vihari pulling that off roaring back just chills 🔥
Little did I know Pant had shown us the trailer to the big picture in the 3rd test. Memorable series.
Give me a chance to rewind time and watch a game, It wont be the 2011 WC but the Sydney Test. Incredible Match, Excellent Story Great Documentary and nice observations specially over that Run out and that Psysche monologue
I haven't watched the series yet. But from an awesome description from a purely amazing cricket lover like you states that the series must be a masterpiece !!!
I still remember your videos on this series. Watching this documentary was like reliving those moments except for the end as you mentioned. Yet thats one series that shows Indian Cricket prowess and the young Indians attitude supported by the seniors. Hope young Indians (including me) cam show this kind of grit in our professional life.
So so so so well done...The documetary was amazing...I rewatched it lately. Still as beautiful as ever
You my guy are the best storyteller I have come across on this platform. Everytime I listen you gives me chills and as a speaker you provide that feeling that never distracts me off your video. And your facts and research always pays off. That's the thing which makes you different from others. You have just set the bars higher for others bro. Hats off 🙌
thanks a lot brother. nny how after nearly 3 years...compliments still make me a bit uncomfortable...😆...i really wasnn't expecting this response when i started it....it was just something me and my father wanted to try...but, I digress. Thanks for the compliments brother, it truly helps to keep me going.
Every moment since Kohli run out was chilling and momentous out of those many I really liked 3rd test stand between Ashwin and vihari, celebration of shardul for siraj 5-fier and just Sundar flicking bloody Pat Cummins on leg side to me that sealed the deal for that match because after gill and Rohit got out Indian innings was slow paced and only pant and rahane showed aggression but till Sundar came to crease match was perfectly balanced it could have gone either ways mostly favouring aussies as they need one main wicket of pant but man after that stroke from Sundar aussies faces looked like some force had taken their soul away from their body
As far as I know this is the best cricket commentary channel I’ve ever come across with. You’re good at this. Keep entertaining
You know what i might be the literally living under a rock because i only got to know about this series this week .... wo bhi after watching a random Insta account posting reels of this show.
And in just a week i have watched it 3 times!
What an amazing documentry.
And yes the end seems missing something.... but it was a wonderful work and does justice to most epic experience imy entire life.
Sometimes when you feel low you can re-watch the amazing test match to get the energy flow through your body , it was succha amazing test match
I just love the way you are narrating .... Thanks for these ....
What an incredible test series it was! Long live Test cricket. Thank you Team India & Australia for giving us the best series ever.
This series will always give goosebumps..... ❤️
Just love the way how u narrate such incredible stories increases the love of the game
The rise of Lord Siraj: Remember he lost his father in between the series once they landed down under. Instead of flying back home, he stayed back with the team. Some would lost their senses when they lost their loved ones, he held himself back and stayed strong, he hasn't had a dull performance for the the National side since then. He lead the pace attack with the experience of just 3 matches. Thats simply commendable.
Love your talk man❤️ I relived the entire series 💗💞
Love all your work which I have seen till date. Keep going :)
Great going on buddy, I never miss out watching your content whenever it drops. You have a knack for story telling which is really admirable!🔥
Wonderful video by you. Yes, that series was the best ever played by any Indian cricket team.
I followed the whole series! That winning feeling was not less than winning a World Cup! ❤
Yeah against Australia's half team B playing
Can you please tell me the name of that documentary
One of the greatest series one of the greatest display of courage determination and power of will.
Thank you Indian team for giving me story to be motivate myself and to tell my children's 😁
I downloaded voot just to watch this........the best of cricket ever played...every nation the whole universe will remember forever
Tears are gushing from my eyes..
I just watched this masterpiece ❤️
It's amazing
Hat's off to Niraj Pandey and voot team 🇮🇳
really i am not a big fan cricket but the way u describes about a scene ur narration really awesome which make me not to skip even a single video of yours
It was the best cricket series i have watched with my eyes.
I remember on the last day of Gabba test i was not even taken a bath nor done the breakfast but that match was the perfect one to end a legendary test like this and watching this web series i remember that day and got goosebumps
wow man... I will surely comeback and write my review after watching this Doc. !!!
So true sir.... Best cricketing webseries I have every watch
You forgot Paine and Ashwin's conversation about Gabba😂
One of the great innings ever played on the 22 yards... Fall in love with test cricket you will never regret !
I really liked how the series ended, Players commenting and giving their views about other players, especially Rahane calling Rohit Nautanki. It made me smile after almost crying.
that look of pujara speaks a lot..thanks for sharing such wondeful clips
Loved it
really liked your narration, keep doing what you are best at it.
The partnership by Vihari and Ashwin was the best I have seen in last 4-5 years....
This series deserves a book. May sound trite, but truth is stranger than fiction.
One thing we'll have to accept - Pujara played like a warrior that day
The narration makes it so much better always!!
Love it
Awsome series gets emotionaly attached to it. The documentary too would b a grt one.
Nice story . It gave me goosebumps 👌
Amazing 🤩
Too short man... I really wished a lot on this from uuu.... Man u have something that connects ... ❤❤❤
Goosebumps ❤️🥺
What a LEGENDARY series it was from the Dogs of Adelaide to the Gods of Gabba
Brother! If you want more insights on this! You have to watch Ash's channel and his vlog with coach sridhar..! Those episodes are gems
He has to do the vlogs in English....to cater to his fans all around the world...
@@amitbhatkar4640 that's why there are sub titles!
Beautiful
Long live test cricket ❤❤❤❤ you can bring T20, T10, T5, nothing will top Test format!!! The story, the attitude, the resilience, the fighback , the suuden collapse & the sudden rise that we get to see in Test you will never get to see it in any other format 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Just wow
What a narration!!♥️♥️♥️
Someone need to prise and appreciate the movie by niraj pandey
As you said watching the series live was giving us thrills and watching again this in the movie giving goosebumps again
Thanks for the video
This series is just a masterpiece , neeraj pandey did it again he is just a genius genius director.
Great Man 👀😊
It was a great documentary. I was expecting a documentary to be made on this series just because of the twists and tales it had which makes it one of the greatest Series in recent times. The only series that comes close or win the battle of the best series in recent times is THE ASHES 2019.
Though Bandon mein tha dum did a very good job. I really want to see Amazon Prime's version of this. I want to hear more from Aussie cricketers and Justin Langer. The scenes from the dressing room and their reactions.
His voice oh my God... Really awesome
watched 1 st episode yesterday , so far doing justice to the event
Kohli coming back from the series was the beat gift.
The Miracle Down Under. The underrated captain Rahane. The underrated bowling coach Bharat Arun. Injuries to the key players. Ashwin, Rohit and Bumrah part of the core leadership. Ajinkya Rahane proving himself to be a true leader in this memorable series with his calm, mature, inclusive leadership style. Young, untested players like Siraj doing their country proud. Pujara standing like a rock. Winning against All Odds. Finally we are talking about the cricket team. Not being obsessed with one great player.
Great narration
The Paddy Upton monologue....🔥🙌🏼💙🇮🇳
WHAT A NARRATION!!😍🙌
Your outstanding creations are raising our expectations every day 🙂
That series was one of the most iconic series victory in Indian cricket history 🇮🇳🇮🇳
As I remember i went to college for some academic work during the last session of that Gabba test
All I saw that everyone in a group was sticked to their phones watching the match live with that exitment as it was a World cup final and the moment Pant punched the ball over the boundary everyone just cheered screamed and celebrating like anything as of we won the world cup
Me to was just in a immese rage of what our boy's have done down under 🔥🔥
that series was just masterclass india ❤️
Why don't you make the documentery, you have a great story telling skills, I love the way, how you explain it, you should do cricket documentaries.
Footages would be subject to copyrights maybe
Before this series I Never watched a test match,I thaught it was boring but after the last match, this line "ki tuta he gabba ka ghamand" by the Hindi commentator got stuck into my head and at that moment I realized the value of test cricket....
Awesome narration...keep it up.
Ashwin and kohli is known to be dangerous. But i absolutely loved ashwin and rahane combo
Narration 🔥🔥
Bro you are doing perfectly
I was watching this match live while i was traveling to kargil having network issues and winning shot we where exactly on kargil bridge and i started shouting India India 😃😍 it was goosebumps moment beating those on Gabba 😍
You are one of my fav storyteller 🤩🤗
The whole series was amazing.. but if they had added Vivek Razdan's commentary of "toota hai Gabba ka ghamand" when Rishabh scored the finishing runs it would be a cherry on the top but nevertheless it was quite enjoyable...
If there is mastermind of cricket who still plays, it has to be Ravi Ashwin. The way he understands the game, the situation and what's going on in opponents' mind is just too brilliant and his strategies are hardly wrong. He never revealed anything that may lead to his stategies or how Indian team plays and what's ge sctual planning, keeping in mind, this clip is to go publicly viral, that's constant vigilance.
My fav part of the video is Yuvraj singh when you said incredibly ferocious
'टूटा है गाबा का घमंड' 'बॉर्डर गावस्कर ट्रॉफी जायेगी गावस्कर के देश' ❤️🙌
Wow....very few analysts like u mate, good use of music to support the documentary
Fantastic Narration 😍
You are best narrator ever
The webseries was really good because of the "stories" which were going outside the ground.⚡
