I forget so much that she was in Harry Potter because Bellatrix just has such authentic crazy that isn’t Helena is real life. Also, her acting in Cinderella isn’t her playing herself. Now Enola Holmes, that is kind of her playing herself I will give you that.

I love HBC as Princess Margaret. However there is such a difference between her and Vanessa Kirby that I felt like they played two different characters.
Well, in a way, they did. Kirby’s Margaret is younger, ambitious, and goes through the ups and downs of love. HBC’s Margo is older and jaded and affected by the things her younger self went through.

The actress playing the queen looked way too young for 3 seasons straight and no one complained and I didnt mind. Their attempts to make her look older didnt really work

I think Olivia Colman kind of thought of loosing Helena in that scene since they are really really good friends in real life which makes it even better

The worst insult Margaret gives to Tony unfortunately. She can call him out on his affairs but NOT this one - surviving polio when he was a teenager, not to mention how he was starved of his parents’ love and support at the time he needed them most because neither parent visited him when he was in the hospital - and later on influenced his relationships and started a charity for disabled people to go to universities and be given equal opportunities.

Helena Bonham Carter really is truly perfect for Princess Margaret! Her delivery of every line is flawless, so deliciously sardonic and gleefully hilarious, yet never without a touch of meaningful sadness.

Carter was miscast as the Queen Mum in 'The King's Speech' - she doesn't have Elizabeth's warmth or humour.
But as Margaret, she's dead on. Hard, sharp, tough as nails.
Personally I thought she was great as Queen Mother, but I do agree with you on her being absolutely spot on as Margaret though
