Great video Dukey! Out of all the ones I didn't know about Outrun 2019 looked very cool. I had so much fun with Outrun 2 for the PS3/360 (since I lived in EU) and played it a lot with friends online. Crossing my fingers for a grand comeback for this series as well.
I will forever be grateful for my friend who let me use his European account to play that game back in the day! Here’s hoping we get more of the arcade versions of the games on the Switch soon. OutRunners with online multiplayer would be the BEST!
OutRun 2/OutRun 2006 are my favorite racing games. I used to play the arcade version all the time after work at the family fun arcade in los angeles. I really wish they would port this to switch. Great list!
Yeah dude, they’re the BEST! I’ve never actually played OutRun in the arcade, it’s been a bucket list item for decades! The only racing arcade games we had around here were some of the Cruizin games as well as Initial D.
@@dukey03 Yeah, the arcade was dope because they had a building next to it where they repaired old cabinets. So, they were always switching stuff out. Initial D sounds like a cool game. I've never played it but just thinking about the name gives me deja vu.
@@rangoononline I'd love to play one of the OutRun cabinets where you sit down in it and it's got the shifter, pedals, and steering wheel!
Initial D had that set up as well and was a very drift-centric racing game; which was why I loved it too.
I've never heard of Outrun 2019 but it looks like a lot of fun.
Yeah I really like that one! It’s a unique take on the franchise, and they did a good job with it.

Don't forget Outrun 2006: C2C is on PSP as well. I much prefer that version for the pick up and play anywhere factor

@@dukey03 it's not a perfect translation of the console equivalents, but it looks and runs amazing on a portable device as old as the PSP

This always baffles me about Sega. They are sitting on so many IP's and they keep giving us remakes of shit from the 80's!
@@rangoononline YES! They completely ignore all the arcade hits from the late 90's and early 2000's. Even the Saturn games all got swept under the rug pretty much. I'd love to see some more Sega Ages games on the Switch, but from that era. Give me a good console version of OutRunners damnit!
