YT151 Why There are No Friday Sermons from Muhammad? Did they hide them? What else was hidden?

  • In this segment, we revisit the issue of the Friday prayers, specifically asking: Where are Muhammad's Friday sermons? How come we have none of them in the books of Tradition?
We hope that these provide you clear warning signs regarding anti-Quran preachers you should avoid, and that you should guide your families to avoid.

We provide a Quran-based understanding that shows the true meaning of this Aya 62:9-10 and we rebuke those in our tradition who were at best negligent, and at worse intentionally harmful to Muhammad's Sunnah.
For more than 2 years, we have demonstrated how wrong the traditional interpretations have been. We demonstrated that traditional ‘scholars’ regularly imported claims from Biblical sources and super-imposed them over the QurꜤān! What if the definition of al-Injeel as taught to us by the traditional Islamic scholarship is totally wrong?
To receive a pdf copy of the notes file for this segment, please subscribe to our Marvelous Quran Project website at
    www.marvelousquran.org
To learn more about the organic Quranic methodology that we use, watch the playlist on Methodology on the channel page on CZcams
On this channel, we do NOT teach the (corrupted) Bible! We only teach the QurꜤan, using the Quranic methodology to extract knowledge from the Quran, exclusively!
We rely on the organic Quranic methodology, on the Abrahamic locution, and on the nested interpretation techniques to uncover the meanings and indications of the Quran verses.
The conclusion: When the Quran Tafseer scholars decided to bring their stories form corrupted versions of the earlier scriptures, they misled the Muslims from engaging the Quran in the way that Allahh had instructed us to do.
Why are we presenting these topics on this channel?
    1. Our primary mission on this channel is to teach this divine 3ilm (of the organic Quranic methodology + the Abrahamic locution) after it has been undocumented for 14 centuries
    2. Please resist the urge of learning JUST for the sake of curiosity
    3. The ultimate goal of learning this 3ilm is to teach you Shukoor (practicing proper communication with Allahh)
    4. This channel is NOT to AFFIRM what you were taught, but to apply the methodology to seek the truth about the Quran. Learn how to empty your cup before you can receive a fresh refill!

Salaamun Alaykum Dr Hany, thanks once again for clarifying about Friday salat; as well as explaining the difference between the two terms"al Mu'minoon" and "Al-Lazeena Aamanoo" and cautioning about its implication on other Ayats, particularly those relating to the subject of Halal and Haram. I was wondering that quite related to this specific distinction between these two terms, Ayat 6 in Surah Al-Ma'idah (Ayat on Wudoo) that also starts with the term "Al-Lazeena Aamanoo" therefore implies that Wudoo has not been prescribed for the "al Mu'minoon" while they offer their Salat (or toil on Qur'an)!

Once i want to memorize some khutbah of jumaa prayer and i came to know that there is not a single khutba recorded in hadith given by muhammad saw and yet they claim it is part of our salah if you talk or miss it you missed your salah or else you destroyed it at that time one thing i more realise that there is no tafsir of quran in the hadith the one who did tafsir they just fit one story which happened or not in muhammad saw times allah knows and make it the tafsir of the aayah.
As the time is moving faster quran is also starting to disclosing all its beautiful revelation.

I mostly saw the word من associated with "from" and never "after" because "after" means it has a point of event "from" the initial motion has began , in this case the "calling" to assembly are the point where motion starts from , Then "after" that assembly / gathering you spread out in the way of the scripture...
I've never seen ANY TRANSLATION that uses من as "after" but I do see some use it as "against" in surah Quraysh , but it still make sense to use "from".
I agree with you when you say that there were no friday prayers. Alhamdulillah.
And I think you recently stated in your livestream that "يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟" applied also for us.

    • @MarvelousQuran
      @MarvelousQuran  Před 9 měsíci +6

"من" is well understood by grammarians to mean "after" or "instead", sometimes. Surah Quraysh is a typical example doing that. Just because you have not seen it does not mean that our interpretation is wrong.

    WHEN IS JUMU'AH?
The anounce is made the night before:
62:9 -- ...when the announcement is made of the day of [(min) not on the day but of the day] the Jumu'ah salat.
Jumu'ah is neither an appointment for a sermon nor a weekly appointment, is a monthly appointment for a congregational salat on the day after the new moon has been seen, on the Ghuduwi salat (69:10- disperse after the salat and seek Allah's bounty. So the day is still young to go back to business) or what the sunni call duha or the salat of sunrise (technically when the sun is high enough for one to cast a shadow, 13:15) :
2:189 --- they ask you about the new moons, say:"they are appointments for gathering of the people (jumu'ah) and for hajj (Arafat)."
Plus, the week doesn't exist in the Qur'an. The week is a jew thing copied from babylon for the lunar calendar.
Allah made an exception for them on the seventh day (16:124); for us the muslims the Sabbath is every night to rest and worship Allah (SWA):
    Rest: 25:47/78:9-11.
    Worship: 73:20/76:26.

I recall iconic nonviolent protagonist Bacha khan and poet philosopher Ghani khan used to enlighten common man on nefarious designs of such information but were proclaimed as wayfarers by conformists. Thank you v much sir for spreading truth and I pray militancy hit pakhtuns find peace . Regards

I agree with Dr Hani in totality.
On the same subject, I asked the same to several local sheikhs or scholars and the answer becomes null and void.
I told them that if Jum’ a prayer prayer was obligatory then why not pray four than two Raka’s . If it’s obligatory then why not pray four Raka’s as noon or Dhuhr prayers.
No body has an answer for this update.
No one can produce an evidence when were we are told not to pray four but two on Jum’a or Friday prayer .

Friday has only 2 rakaa because it has 2 part of khutbah. So 2 + 2 = 4. Which is the same rakaa in zhuhur prayer. This mean the 2 rakaa of the zhuhur's is replace with 2 parts of the khutbah.

Can you back yourself with authentic Hadith .
Who told you 2+2 makes up dhuhr prayers for Friday.
Our prayers are built on the foundation that dhuhr is 4, Asir 4, Maghreb 3, isha 4, Fajr 2. These are the formats of our prayers. However, can you confirm that the Allah messenger has changed this pattern during his lifetime.
You cannot come up with a figure without collaborating evidences.

    Brilliant explanation!
Following traditional religion is like buying a store cake mix - you're following someone else's recipe, but hoping it turns out as good as theirs.
BUT using Organic Quranic Methodlogy is like being a master chef - you trust your own instincts and create truly unique connection with Allahh
    Alhudulillah!

جزاك الله خيرا Dr Hany for the great work, looking forward to see more and more
    irrefutable evidences from the Quran:)
If i may ask, i have a question about the ayah (O you who believed) so you are saying that Amenu is the past tense. But how should we understand surat al Asr then? After the verse:” Verily Man is in loss” except those who (believed?) and (did good works?) so not those who believes right now and do good works right now? It confuses me.

The aya includes allazeena aamanoo but continues with 3 more conditions: Those who toil in accordance with the divine lexicon, and then remind each other about the truth and about being patient.
Those who do this become Mu'minoon (believers)

From ayat 62:9 - 10 it's clear that salat for us in Qur'an is not the ritual prayer we do five times a day but "engaging the zikir of Allah" i.e. Learning the Qur'an. A shocking truth but makes sense.

Don’t listen to this, shaytaan wants us to stop making salah. Of course the Prophet saws prayed and showed us how to pray! Don’t be deceived. Most of these comments are non Muslims trying to deceive muslimeen.

I came across regarding the word “ O you who have believed “ .. Surah Al Maidah ayat 2 . Clearly talks to people of Makkah . Who already enter Islam .. believed in Allah and messenger Muhammad SAW. This in relation to your explanation of Surah Jummah regarding the word believed !
