At 35:31 why did you calculate interest for nine months when the question states that loan was repaid in month of june. Aren't we suppose to capatilize only 6 months interest?
Loan is paid after 1.5 years, it's june of the next year.
Sir I m not wrong, depreciation is started from date of completion. Even depreciation is calculated if asset is idle. Plz correct if I m wrong
Depreciation of an asset begins when it is available for use, ie when it is in the location and condition necessary for it to be capable of operating in the manner intended by management.

Depreciate the asset when its available for use.. whether its used or not if it's available/completed you should start charging depriciation
