Sir at 31:25, wouldn't at a premium of 11800 imply nominal value + premium hence (40000+11800) rather than the question being wrong.
Yes you are right. I interpret it in a wrong way. But the ultimate concept is that that amount is paid along with premium of 11800. You got it right. Thanks.

It is mentioned correctly us "unfavourable conditions" for financial liabilities - because of economic outflow - which is not effectively favourable to any business.
