Sir you said earlier in the video that in ACCA we don't take asset cost on the cost less depriciation amount so then why in the statemnet of financial position at 28:40 you are deducting 1400 - 35 = 1365?
@ACCA Study Nope.
It is only for calculation purpose as mentioned by sir but look at extract 29:05,directly asset is shown and no depreciation

but the actual cost of asset after revalution is now the revalued amount. then why should it be transferred to retained earning. isn't it unfair for the business bcoz at the end they have to sale the asset at the revalued amount only
