Sir, any profit from the sale of a non current asset would be treated as capital income or revenue income? Why?
Its revenue income because thats the income you have received over and above cost of the asset and that should be accounted for as a profit in profit and loss account.
Moreover if asset cost is let say 10000 and we sell it for 12000 then we cannot write -2000 in the balance sheet, so it should be accounted for as a profit

@@ruhanikwatra485 revenue income is any income you that you EARN, like rental income, interest income etc

Hello, here's a little trick for the International students, if you cannot get access to the "Join membership button" of this channel. The simple answer is use VPN, download any suitable VPN from play store , for instance "SECURE VPN" I use . I think this will solve your problem, if you are not finding the option to join the membership option to get access to the exam kit solutions. I was also finding no way to join but now it has appeared . Enjoy 😍
