Such a great time, thanks for letting me show the crew around. It was awesome to see so many people show up for the group ride and even better to see you guys surprised. Can't wait for the next visit!
Thanks for always being such a great ambassador!
Love that Oz Trails JUNK headband!
Hey Rich! It was so awesome to meet everyone out there! It was such a cool experience, and we'd love to come again! The support we had from the people who came on the group ride was just insane! Many thanks and safe riding!
You guys didn't even get to ride devil's den or many other places You got to come back
Hey Rich!
I grew up in Bentonville. And Iâm still within 20 minutes of town. Itâs crazy to see what itâs become. I got into mountain biking 20 years ago and had to drive nearly two hours to find trails. Now I have countless miles of trails 10-20 minutes away. I just bought my 7 year old son his first mountain bike, and heâs really getting into it. So Iâm getting back into it. Itâs pretty awesome having this in my hometown. We may not have snow-capped mountains, but we are in the Ozark mountains. And they provide plenty of elevation for great trails. Especially with the creativity of the designers.
A week to remember! Stoked you guyâs came to town and that I got to shred with you all! đ€đâ„ïž
Stoked to call this place home. My backyard leads right to a trail and that is a blessing!
having the Walmart headquarters there must be a blessing and a curse.
walmart and rapha, since walmart owns part of rapha for some time now.
Being from Scotland I grew up in Hills and Natural trails. You guys have nailed what you've got. Big shout to the Walmart people that's what looking after your town is all about đ
You're so lucky to have such a variety of riding right on your doorstep! It was truly awesome to visit the mountain bike capital! ;) đ
@@darrelduke Walmart doesn't own any part of Rapha and has not given any money towards the trails. Rapha was purchased by Tom and Steuart Walton, grandsons of Sam, with their own money. The Walton Family Foundation is the one who has invested in trail infrastructure (some outright and the rest with matching grants among the cluster of small cities around Bentonville). The OZ trail infrastructure was also made possible by the communities in which the trails reside. It's been a total buy-in including tax money to build and maintain multi-use and MTB trails in annual city budgets.
This is what we call "fly over" America. So glad you had the opportunity to experience what you don't get to see on the nightly news. This Is America!!! Thanks for visting.
You guys were surprised?! THE WORLD LOVES YOU GUYS!!!! The U.S. loves you guys. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!
I bet you guys never thought youâd be niche bike celebrities! Awesome vid. Love seeing the gmbn guys in North America!
Incredible video! We are so blessed in Northwest Arkansas. The vibe weâve got going on is so special. So enthusiastic and chill, we really have something special đ€ . Thanks so much to the GMBN crew for showing off our amazing community!
wow just wow!
Great thumbnail. Patriotic! Thanks neighbors from across the pond.
That looks totally awesome and great to see Martyn out riding with everyone too having a ball with a massive grin on his dial, that bowhead looks great on the trails with the master behind the wheel. Also the same with Anneke, seeing her back out and riding and seeing her recovery process after the accident is inspiring. Blake, Neil & Rich getting out there shredding it, Blake spending more time in the air than on the ground. It's how it should be. đđp.s. also good that Jack the cameraman has survived his wheelie lessons and is still out filming. đ€Ș
I live a 30 minute cycle to Loch lomond here in Scotland and it has a train station right next to the shores, Scotland has so much potential and I'm sure elsewhere in the UK has as well, yeah we mostly have some little trails dotted around but stuff like this would be life changing to so many people with health and mental health đ€đ€
Great video guys. I visited Bentonville last year and was surprised how good it was. Doesn't have big mountains but the trails were well designed and fun. Bikes everywhere you go and the people we're very friendly.
Just epic stuff, stoked for Martin on his new bike!
The Bowhead is epic! đ
Sold! Bike fest 2023 here I come.
I just happened to pick the right place to wait and you guys rolled up right behind me. I was so stoked for that. Blake, your face when you rolled up...I don't think "wow" captures the moment, but it was awesome to see how blown away you were. You're all great guys and it was such a pleasure meeting and riding with you. Come back soon!
Imagine living there!!! Oh gosh that would be amazing
Itâs pretty great đ€·
Itâs incredible I love it here
It's quite literally MTB Paradise! đ
I moved to Bentonville from Oregon a few months ago after seeing this video and the Berm Peak video. I am amazed every time I ride by the endless trail systems and bike playgrounds. A much needed life change!
@jeeporegon9817 Now locals have been completely priced out of everything, thanks!
Bentonville may not have a lot of elevation but I like the creativity put into those trails âđŒ
plus you don't have to pedal UP a mountain
Hour out of town you have 1700â ft 518m dh trails
No need for mountains, the pple elevate the place enough on their own
For sure! There are so many well built trails with insane features! đ
Itâs an amazing area for sure!
Thereâs something incredibly special about Bentonville! Great video!
Agreeed!!
Dope seeing you guys on my backyard trails! I hope you had fun!
Simply amazing...
So much fun riding with you guys! Come back soon.
We'd love to! đ
Glad you guys made it out to Bentonville. I became a resident last summer and have been loving every minute of it.
It was well worth the trip down there, that's for sure! Thanks so much for the support and we hope to visit again!
Great to see so many people come out to meet the GMBN crew. You built this community Martyn, thank you.
It was so sick to visit Bentonville and see so many fans of the channel! Thanks for the support! đ
Most amazing part of this video is that the fact that an American pub had a rugby ball in itđ€©đ loved the video guys as always keep it up
We play rugby here too
Born in bentonville, definitely the mountain bike, walmart Capital of Arkansas, maybe even of the US.
That's what M. T. B. is all about and that's why we do what we do... Shred on all. What a session and video đ
Really enjoyed riding with you guys. I was amazed how amiable and accessible yâall were during your visit. Blake even remembered Super Niceâing my fat bike - that was quite surprising. Shout out to your camera crew, those guys were terrific humans as well. Yâall comeback, yâhear?
Dude yall are awesome we all love you here in the states fellas!!!
Thats awesome we love making trips out there!
Not the first video that I've seen about Bentonville AR. But I think it's one of the best communities in the world! The crowd that has showed up... Proves how awesome it is!
Hey Frederik! The sense of community was immense! It's so sick seeing our super supportive followers in real life! đ
I was able to visit Bentonville at beginning of spring this year and wow! The trails are fantastic but the community is really the star of the town! Such a welcoming place with riders all over. We are very much considering moving there soon..
It really is an amazing place :) Moved here from Chicago, Illinois.
Absolutely awesome spot. Always appreciate how humble and genuine the GMBN crew are.
As someone who lives in Arkansas I love this video
Thanks for visiting our corner of the world! Love watching you guys!
Such a sick edit! It was surreal spending that day with you guys filming! We canât wait for yâall to return. đ€
Thanks! It was so sick to meet everyone out there! We can't thank you enough for the support! đ
ff
t
Wow this is totally EPIC we could do with this in the UK đŹđ§
Totally!! Just a shame too many places either dont have the funding or are too anal about health an safety
That would be sick! đ
Wow! Wish that I could have been there! Awesome!đ€
Excellent video. What an incredible community spirit in Bentonville. Most inspiring. Well done all.
It was super emotional to see so many supportive riders out in Bentonville! The sense of community was amazing! Thanks for the support!
Awesome to see you blokes in Merica!
Glad you guys enjoyed the trails, scene, and people in Arkansas. Awesome video!!!
Simply amazing!!! Wowww
That was our reaction as well! It's such an awesome place!
Looks like heaven
Itâs impressive that while there is a huge quantity of trails, the quality looks premium. So a lot of thought and planning has gone into this.
Awesome video we live 45 minutes from there and try to get to the trails often!
Damn this is the DREAM!!!!!
Awesome video guys! Thanks for giving Northwest Arkansas the respect it deserves!
Such an amazing place!!!
Looks like an amazing place lads, good to see Ashton still getting air. x
What an incredible place đ€
Awesome to see you guys in the USA! I'm moving to the area for a new job and I'm a huge mountain bike enthusiast so I I'm excited to say the least!
Canât wait to try
It's so beautiful place! I want to go there! â€
Go for it! It's a spectacular place to visit! đ
great story going on there in Bentonville !!
It's super cool to see all of you guys riding the bville trails!
Great Video, i can just imagine how emotional it felt at the start of the ride out! You should all be justifiably proud - great content great channel keep it up guys! (PS lets see a video focussing on Martyn trail riding on his new Bowhead, the smile on his face was epic!!
Martyn was riding the bowhead with no batteries. He really worked it though. When the GMBN crew showed up they were overwhelmed by maybe 250 riders all stoked to see them. It was pretty cool.
Hi Mark! Thanks so much for the support! We really couldn't do this without supportive followers. It was such a great experience to get chatting with so many riders out there. There will be more Bowhead content on its way! đ
@@willlange9978 I bet it was one of those once in a lifetime moments - memories to treasure
Probably the only town where you can have breakfast while leaving your $10000 bike outside unlocked! Lol. In California some people got their bike robbed at gun point. Bikes are stolen all the time.
Nice video guys. I didn't even know Bentonville is so cool.
Excellent job capturing the STOKE capital of the world! Does it have the breathtaking vistas of Sedona or Moab? No...but there's few cities in the world that embody the Shred Spirit you find in Bentonville, and welcomes riders with such open arms! Every visit is a celebration of riding dirt, from start to finish..
It absolutely does have breathtaking views in the Ozarks. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I'm much prefer the beautiful views of lakes rivers in the morning fog rolling through the valleys. And most definitely the hardwood forests.
I've seen my fair share of deserts and I don't consider them breathtaking.
Dork Capitol.
Great Video, nothing short of quality. đ
Thanks, Felix! We're stoked you enjoyed the video! đ
Looks like an amazing place to visit!
It really is well worth a visit! đ
Yeah, definitely looks like a place to visit hey đ
Let Martin show us his machine too
Much better then the one I hade on board.
Had a fantastic time ripping with you guys! Looking forward to the next ride!
Wow Bentonville looks so sick! Great vid!
It really was! Thanks for the support!
GMBN...thank you so much for coming to Bentonville. It was exciting to see you guys here! Your video above is first rate! I love the channel and look forward the Dirt Shed Show every week. Keep up the great work.
Such an amazing community. Would love to have something like this in the UK.
Glad you guys got to see how big of a following you have over here in the states. Hope you guys visit again soon!
So awesome you guys were able to come out to Arkansas, got to experience it myself last summer. Already canât wait to make my next trip down. Fantastic edit of some of the great features down there.
Awesome đ
Itâs crazy seeing the places I go to everyday on CZcams
Love the videos I hope when I am older I can have as much fun as u guys at mtg and learn a few tricks on the way
Thanks for the support, Flynn! We're glad you're loving the content! đ
Fun place - nice to see.
We all love you guys and I wanna move to Bentonnville
I think they need to build more houses now. How many mountain bikers now want to live there đđ»đđ»
All of us! đ
Hope they have the foresight to build at high density, so itâs not ruined with sprawling subdivisions.
I'm curious how much housing prices have raised there in the past few years.
@@GHinWI
I lived in apartments and swore Iâd never share walls again. High density sucks balls.
@@wvjeepguy8178 a lot! That said just a little outside of town it isn't terrible.
Looks awesome, great to see so many different people coming together to just have a good time.
Well done to all the people involved setting that up and the local community for embracing it.
Makes me slightly sad that they can't seem to see the value of it at my local trails (Woburn) which are in a bit of peril again at the moment, hopefully it will get sorted out.
Looks like a great place to go, most of this in my opinion has come from the Pandemic and folks needed to get out of the house and get back to nature, amazing
It really was, David! So many people have gotten into mountain biking since the pandemic, it's great for the sport! đ
@@gmbn I just bought my 3rd MTB, took a year to get it, I always ride on the canals along the Delaware River in NJ and PA.......LOVE IT
Great show!
Bentonville looks really cool. On the "must visit" list. Hey GMBN! When you want to experience mountains and gnar, come visit us in Brevard, NC!
Uhh amazing!
great place to ride
đŻ%
HELL YEAH! Being from The South where we have modest mountains (around 2500-4000ft elevation), we still head out to Bentonville every year. The trails, town, and people are so unique. Iâm glad you had a chance to experience the area, but if you have any XC blood in you. You should hop on some of the longer treks like Back40. Thanks for making this video as Iâve been anticipating it. Great job!
I somehow missed this when it was published. Probably because I was driving to Bentonville the day it was published. Even got some coaching from Mr. Drew. And wiped at The Railyard the same way Neil did. Ha! Can't wait to go back.
What a crowd đ
Its not always easy to be proud of America, but I know behind the headlines there are so many great places and great people even in places that have a stigma like Arkansas, or Appalachia where I'm from. I still believe things we can unite together on like MTB are the lynch pins that make us better. Thanks for showing a bit of that.
Turn off mainstream media your brainwashed.
@@smidge1872 hey Smidge come ride your bike at the Hatfield McCoy trail system and tell me how you feel. This shit isn't new and it's not all made up.
It's a 12-hour drive to Bentonville, but I will make it this summer, thanks for the video.
Great Video! We really do live in a special place :)
love the vids keep it up
Thanks for the support!
Guys I LOVE YOUR CONTENT!! AND BEAUTIFUL FOOTAGE AS WELL!! I would like to experience it in 4K as 1080p isn't all that amazing looking
Its a Dream! You are so lucky...
It was such a pleasure to ride there! It was well worth the visit!
as soon as my shoulder recovers I'm going to B-ville for a weekend.
Nice! All the best with your recovery!
Yeah who doesn't love 300 feet of elevation change.
sick beats!
When I finally uproot from CA, and sadly it's coming, Bentonville will certainly be on my list of potential locations.
You guys should definitely go and visit Berm Peak! Lezgo!
I can't wait for yall to comeback id like to try to be there for a group ride.
yeah!
Quality video boys!
Thanks, Jordan! We really appreciate the support! đ
I wish I could visit too oneday. Long and expensive way from Europe . Or..even more I wish something like that happened here :D
To show just how welcoming this place is, EBIKES ARE FULLY WELCOME HERE. Hear that, Park City? Moab? Sedona? Tucson? Etc?
Agreeeeed! E bikes are welcome haha!
I so want to go there! But GMBN should come to what i dub a "natural Bentonville" aka Edmonton. all our trails are natural with in the city! 200km plus of local single track with in our river valley right in the city.
