Dang. This is one of the best videos Iâve watched in a LONG time. Great editing and riding. Keep it up. Post more my man
Itâs still crazy to me that this is in my town. I got into mountain biking 20+ years ago, and I had to drive at least an hour and a half from Bentonville to ride anything. Now Iâm 43 and have a 7 year old son thatâs getting into it, so Iâm getting back into it. And we have unlimited amounts of trails within a 20 minute drive.
Live the dream most of us canât! đ€đŒ Have fund with your son! Its creates some great moments he will have for all his life and yours!
Great job brother, i will never forget that trip. Was so much fun with all our friends and new found friends!!
Amazing time and so much riding. Donât think weâll ever forget it. Canât wait till we go back! đ
will definitely return for more time
Too bad you werenât feeling well, but maybe it was a good thing that you didnât do too much on the first day. And I donât blame you for not trying some of those drops and gaps. Like you said you need to leave wanting to come back and conquer some things next trip. My wife and I were at the bike fest also. After going to the bike fest and doing some riding we got in the car and drove around trying to find some other trails. We actually saw you guys in that big army shuttle in that parking lot that day. The size of that vehicle is something you wonât forget. I was lucky enough to do a ride along through most of those same trails that you were on with Hans âno wayâ Rey and Jeff Lenosky. Unbelievable trails, such a good time. We will be back in 2022. By the way, Iâm MTBâg over 60! Your right, never too late.
Small world! Glad you had such a great time as well! Bentonville is amazing! Looking forward to another trip back! And awesome to hear youâre kicking it 60+, hope to still be riding when I hit those numbers!
Awesome trail. Power to the top
Sick man! Loved reliving the trip. Cannot wait to go back!
Thanks bro! Just know next time we drop the hammer!!!
Man this is such an awesome video. Iâm heading to Bentonville next week and this has helped with planning so much.
I'll actually be there next week as well! Have fun!
Great video man. I bet you were back in the meantime to hit all other amazing trails like Tunnel Vision, back 40, area 51, bone yard,.blowing springs ...and you can go on and on and on...but really nice video. Congrats
Thereâs so much there. Impossible to hit everything in one trip. But I did visit more last fall! Check out the new videos: czcams.com/play/PLat066iGy1qnhaubiryDUGWwNYKHPKR2w.html&si=xn0uFekB7l0GTneX
Great video. I'm here from Bentonville right now from Utah and your video helped me get some trails that i missed the first few days. There's a lot to be had here. đđ
Awesome, glad the video helped. Hoping to get back out there this year to see all the new stuff!
Thanks for the great video. Headed there Sunday for the first time with my son!
Youâll love it! Itâs the trip my son asked to do for Christmas! đ€đŒ
spent a week there last month. from north GEORGIA. cool ass place to go ride
i live up here and absolutely love it, great vid man!
Thanks! Great place to live and play!
Fantastic narration! Actually one of the best videos of the NWA trails Iâve seen.
Too kind! đđŒ
Awesome video! Iâm headed there Thursday and will be hanging for a full week.
Awesome! You will have a blast!
That was a lot of nice progression!
Thanks! Amazing what 4 days there will do for you!
Great video! Thanks, Iâm watching this in Rogers AR, and need to know what trails to hit tomorrow in Bentonville. Thanks for all the info and trail names. Quality helpful video.
Awesome đ€đŒ Glad it helped! Have fun!
Another great video man! My son and I started mountain biking about a year ago and we have to make it to Bentonville soon.
Definitely needs to be high on the âmust visitâ list!
Great vid man! Great seeing fellow 40-somethings out tearân it up. I need to suck it up & just plan a trip out there (from OH). Bentonville looks like an absolute blast đ
Definitely worth it. And they even more new stuff now! Iâm hoping to get there again this year!
Great video, I have been there 3 times in the last 18 months and I agree with your views about Bentonville. We ride BOC also , loved it and we rode all those other areas. Great job
Thanks! đ€đŒ
âMTB Over 40â âŠIâm over 40. Subbed.
Stoked you did! Welcome!
Awesome trip man đ€đŒ
Thanks dude!
Great video!!! Iâm going to Bentonville in Oct right after my 50th BDay. This will be my 1st time ever going. Thanks for giving me an idea of what Iâm getting into. Now a Sub to your channel.

I'm glad you came to Arkansas If your back this way hit me and the boy's up we will ride with you guys . But we are not as cool as Rich the Man Drew. We just like to ride.
Hope to make it out in 23â, was bummed we missed it this past year.
I was riding Slaughter Pen last night and road Rim Trail for the first time since they updated it. It was a blast! I would have been a lot faster if it wasn't at the end of an evening ride in over 95° heat and thick humidity! đ„”
Sounds like when I rode it! đ€Ł
Dang let me know next time you come down! Iâm no Rich Drew, but I AM over 40 and familiar with Bentonville/BV trails! đ€đŒ
Awesome tour. I've been there twice and heading back over the Fourth. I would be "MTB over 50." Did Rich's clinic as my 50th birthday present to myself last fall. I still have so many must-do trails to hit.
Rich is great! So is Bentonville! đ€đŒ Keep up the midlife shreddinâ!
@@midlifeshredder Yeah, I'll probably do another private lesson with him if he's in town that week. It's good stuff.
Sick video! I can definitely see a ton of improvement from you. Canât wait to hit bentonville sometime
Thanks! You definitely should go! I bet itâs even better in the Fall. The heat definitely wore us down some!
@@midlifeshredder oh man I bet. Started football last week and itâs just killer. Even at 6am. Canât wait for fall riding!
Same!
That was a good weekend to ride!...other than the heat. I demo'd a YT Jeffsy.
I live in Oklahoma, so this isnât too far but Iâve never ridden anything like this before but looking forward to it some day soon. Thanks!
Youâll love it! So much to do there! Even more now since Iâve been.
Great video. Definitely Bentonville is now on my bucket list. Why going to whistler when you can go there. Closer and cheaper.
Agree, but still want to go to Whistler! đ
Not many people notice the center stone on the rock berm on rim trail, they shaped it to look like Arkansas.
Ha, just watched it again and I see it now. Cool! Love it when trail builders put in little Easter eggs!
im out in Phoenix (and i've met Rich's brother, Rob) but how cool is that place? i gotta get over there.. 19 hr drive is doable.. bucket list
Haha, Arizona is definitely on the list. Have some friends out there already that have been razzing me to come out there! Soon!
@@midlifeshredder Sedona. and some good sonoran desert at Hawes in mesa.
@@midlifeshredder at 20:45 - looks like a Union meeting/tire change HAHA

im signed up for 2 races and my girlfriend for a training course at this years bike fest! june 17-19!
Can you share a link the the BnB you stayed at?
Sure here you go: abnb.me/SucMNGVg6tb
Did you make it out to bike fest this year? This was my First BikeFest, we plan on going every year from now on!
We didnât do the bike fest this year but still plan on going back this fall. Yes, an annual trip is a must!
Bentonville is to mountain bike what the Disneyland Matterhorn is to rock climbing.
Well, some people like Taylor Swift so thereâs that. đ
Was that dude rocking a Giant Talon 1?
Nm. Saw the Fathom badge during the tire fiasco.
Yep, Fathom. Still impressive what Michael was able to milk out of that bike though!
