Haha the old man that sells on princess street was shooting his shot. Saying hed bathe you and powder you and feed you. It was the quickest most hilarious thing ive heard in a while. We usually take very good care of babies and little children by putting powder to keep them fresh and cool. Haha. When we're older it isnt expected for powdering so i assume it assumes taking delicate care as how he would a child haha
