- We have successfully got to the bottom of this plot! House Werserian is innocent, as I always believed was the case. Abelard has solid members in his family and they stay by side always :D
After that, we deal with some pirate scum by hunting the infamous Elusive Contempt and his pirate fleet!

Thank you everyone for watching! - Hry
A much better outcome for the "who done it" quest. Nice!
I must admit that I failed this political intrigue quest. And the reason was not that I didn't speak with that NPC outside (and I agree it's not good design to put him outside after what the quest tells you), but that I failed to uncover Regina and condemned Macharius. Nonetheless, I like the quest. Apart from that, a patch for this game dropped yesterday. What do you think of it? I'm not exactly thrilled about yet another Officer nerf.
I have not yet gone into the details of the patch as I haven't had time for much of anything lately lol the current playthrough has been finished so the videos will not feature the latest patch.
I can tell you right now though that I am very afraid that they will nerf the officer class to the point where it is no longer fun...
I think having a powerful party in this game is a very fun experience and I don't think they should ruin that experience. I'm ok with balance changes as long as they don't go overboard.
I'll catch up with the patch notes when I have the time and I'll reply here again with my impression on it.
I'm so sad that I just dislike the space combat. I was very excited for it before the game came out but in practice I just don't have fun with it unfortunately, even though I really like the idea. :(
I'm with you on that one. Owlcat seems to have a gift at creating less than enjoyable "sub-games" in all of their games... I think the idea was not necessarily bad, but it's just not very fun, at least for me, and it gets kind of repetitive and a chore after a while. It's one of those things I wish you could just disable in the game so that people who don't want to bother with them don't need to.
I can tell you right now that I'm quite excited for a new playthrough but already tired just thinking of the space battles :p
At least we can set a separate difficulty for it. It still takes a bit of time, but with almost no danger....
Yeah, I'm just not sure if it changes the overall difficulty from unfair to custom (I believe it does) which could interfere with achievements and whatnot. Not that I think there was even an achievement for unfair
