Last seat is occupied by 838 Draxx who has mastered the ability of sitting so incredibly still, that he becomes invisible to the eye.
Most goated comment ever
I second this wholeheartedly 🤣
Agreed
Lol yeah
This one perhaps played by John Cena this time.
I absolutely believe 616 Strange was right about Mordo encouraging 838 Strange to use the Dark hold.
Of course you would. Why can't it just be his own fault.
@@ALEXANDERATTACK cuz Mordo basically did encourage Strange to use it haha
Strange just said that to get Mordo to attack him and break the cuffs
@@ALEXANDERATTACK because Mordo is a villain when comes down to it. He has never been a hero like Strange he always ends up goin down a bad path just like all Stranges are dangerous because of their Ego’s
@@michaeljessie3645 if what strange said was false, mordo wouldn’t have reacted the way he did. It’s when strange says that mordo gave strange the dark hold is when mordo gets really upset. Cause mordo knows what he did. He wanted stephens place as the sorcerer supreme.
It's Namor , but he is played by John Cena, that's why you can't see him
I’m leaning more towards Namor/T’Challa because it makes the most sense comicswise, but it would be interesting if Marvel put an Eternal on the Illuminati. I feel like that would help include them in MCU more
It won't be tchala
I totally agree with you player
They have to replace entire Illuminati as Wanda ate the last batch 😂
@@vipulcoc2822 yeah probably not, but namor would be super cool!
@@Son-of-Krypton frrrr 💀
I like to think its Hank Pym Antman. He just stayed tiny cuz he knew something was gunna go down.
Haha now that's some out of the box thinking!
I'm gonna pretend Hank Pym doesn't exist
lol
Bruh!!! That would explain the ultron sentries in this universe and why we couldn’t see him
@@juliochevante7799 no cuz if that were true he wouldve helped when wanda invaded
Not gonna lie: The arrogance being the downfall of the Illuminati is lowkey a major point in the way they’re written.
Hubris… multiverse… kidnapping your multiversal children… I should rewatch Fringe again.
dont lie
People can't see this, they think that because they are the smartest/strongest they can win/outsmart everyone
It was poor writing not the characters
Nobody go see Aquaman 2, WB reduced Amber Herds role to 10 min, They didn't cut the liar from the film.
If they were going to go the Wakanda route it would’ve been really cool to see a Killmonger variant who had the throne like in what if
There are a few open chairs now!
😭
Going by Erik’s logic of the original comics team, I’m guessing Namor
I was thinking Namor as well.
It's Stevens from that universe
@@shawnmiranda805 mordo took his seat
I think it could be blade
@@willnasella.6638 blade isnt an iluminaty type figure, well actually now that you mention it, it chould fit,
I think our Doctor Strange took note about the idea of the Illuminati and will establish his own Illuminati in earth 616 at some point in the future.
He might see the authoritarianism in it and say hey that didn't really work for their universe
Screw that give me an Illuminati movie rather than another avengers
I do get a big kick out of the group of a half dozen living gods who make major decisions in secret on behalf of billions of lives are all indignant at Steven Strange having "the nerve" to use his superpowers to do a thing that could affect billions of lives. like it's totally cool that THEY do cause, ya know, there's like SIX of them.
Thanks, Captain Obvious!
@@cameronpritchett7512 yes, but a multi-versal event might force his hand.
What if it was Doctor Doom, representing Latveria? He is a brilliant mind, and an excellent strategist who could have been good for a period of time, until he left, becoming an evil super villain (leaving the chair empty)! I think this could be why in that universe Doctor Doom could be the Fantastic Four’s arch nemesis. Or he could have left wanting more power within the Illuminati, but not being granted it as they seem to be pretty equal in power there.
That would be earth-976 that has doom & magneto on the council. But even on that earth namor is still a member. I’m guessing it’s for namor (anti hero hence off in the corner away from everyone else ) he shows up when matters involve Atlantis otherwise he doesn’t care
Could be
doesn't make sense why Mr Fantastic AND Dr Doom would willingly sit on the same council without fighting each other
Could be an alternate Dr. DOOM. He has his own nation and has shown plenty of time that he will work with the "heroes" in order to save the planet. He could also be the go between the Illuminati and other villains of that world.
The seventh seat was filled. It was Brad Pitt's "Vanisher" from Deadpool 2, representing the X-Force faction on the Illuminati.
took me a minute to get that lmao
It's Namor, it gives them a lead in for the secret wars and Ultimates.
The ladies they love Dr Strange maybe it his perform or his insane jokes😶🌫
I noticed this in the concept art in the first set of credits!
There is a person in the chair in the credits
If it was honoring anyone, it was Chadwick. I think Waldron just wanted Tom Cruise that bad. But could easily be Namor, but with BP2 so close, that makes sense that Feige would squash it
I think it could've belonged to Ajak, Ikaris, or Sersi representing the Eternals
Thats not likely because the eternals mission
Maybe it's a member of the X-Force. If not Deadpool. It's definitely Peter. He answered the flyer.
It was probably the Vanisher.
@@ecruz81 😂 perfect
Sugar Bear?
Imagine ghost rider being a member represents the underworld
6:51 I’d say it was reserved for the King/Queen of England (whose super power may also be immortality like in our universe)
The ladies they love Dr Strange maybe it his perform or his insane jokes😶🌫
This aged well
I really like the idea of leaving the seat open bc it allows for whoever it belongs to the opportunity to rebuild the Illuminati with Mordo
I think it's Iron Lad. Iron Lad may have left the illuminati after finding out HE was Kang. He could've went rogue and traveled to Earth-616 recruiting members for the Young Avengers to help stop his future self
I thought it was a kang too.
I like these answers
I think that the most likely character to be revived are John Krasinski’s Reed Richard’s and Haley Atwell’s Captain Carter, if John is not Mr. Fantastic in the upcoming Fantastic Four movies I’m gonna lose it!
Riot riot riot riot
I have a feeling he will my friend
Not the best pick. Gimme Howerton
Yeah I thought they wouldnt even get killed lol
To be fair, they could grab a Reed Richards and Captain Carter from another universe. 838 Mr. Fantastic and Captain Carter are dead but there’s infinite earths so they just grab one from a different universe. Plus since What If has Captain Carter as a focal character, 838 Carter is not the What If version. So infinite Captain Carters and Reed Richards do exist. In some universe out there, Ioan Gruffudd and Miles Teller are just chilling never to be seen by 616’s eyes
I hope it’s a really teeny-tiny Hank Pym who split when Wanda started splitting his friends.
I think the seventh seat belongs to Namor as the water world isn't represented in the current member list.
I think they could be honoring Chadwick Bozeman. The military honors POW-MIA-KIA with One empty seat at dining events.
I like that
It's what I've thought also
It would only be honoring him if they said it was for him. Them playing coy and saying it could be anyone goes against the nature of honoring a person.
I agree , r.i.p. Chadwick bosman
I was wondering why the 7th seat wasn't 838 Strange's before he died, thanks for clearing that up!
Simple- there were only ever 6 members but there used to be one key difference, professor x used to be able to walk when their illuminati was founded and they never removed the chair because that would mean putting it back when he needed replacing
I am not sure but there is a possibility that the underwater tremors mentioned in Avengers endgame by okoye of wakanda could be related to Atlantis.
It was mentioned in the start of the movie where bruce tells nat clints location
Namor was in the original concept art with Professor X.
It's 838 Drax, representing the guardian of the galaxy.
I understood that referance
Love this channel
Mordo says something to the effect of “the last member has arrived” as professor X rolls in. So the council was, according to Mordo, complete. Whoever the last seat was for has either not joined, or no longer in the illuminati.
Well, it's probably just Xavier's seat but he doesn't use it because, you know...
It's strange's old seat before they killed him he founded the illuminati in that universe
@@shawnmiranda805 Wasn’t Mordo his replacement though?
@@ValoeloEL yeah he was
Could of been their Strange's chair.
I mean it could easily be answered as it's the mutant ambassador chair, however since Prof X obviously doesn't need one it's just sits empty while he occupys the vacant standing space in the center. I mean it's possible I guess haha
Yes this makes sense. 👍🏻
Yeah, I think this is it. For ceremonial occasions, Prof X would be sitting there. But for unexpected stuff, like Dr. Strange showing up, Prof X would just roll through.
I thing it would be pretty discourteous to Prof X to not provide him a proper chair.
NO, cause if that's the case then Prof should be on the other side of the chair... makes to sense for a gap where Prof is currently at
They needed that seat open as a teaser. It's for the mutants, but Xavier has his own chair.
Loki, as a variant that ended up the rightful King of Asgard.
the stupid TVA should have been stopped that unfortunately.
@@OsamaEG the TVA is no longer hunting loki variants
I think it was Kang
Cool idea would have been a great visual, maybe in 838 Thor died on Thanos’ ship and Loki became king
@@OsamaEG but then wouldn’t the TVA also have prevented Peggy from becoming Captain Carter or Maria from becoming Captain Marvel? Wouldn’t they be considered variants?
I love the illuminati context tag being added to this video LOL
Thank you Erik!
An Asgardian can be in that seat if Asgard got destroyed by Surtur or Thanos since he has the Space stone in the 838. They took refuge in Earth, thus represent a faction. And its always a plus of someone knowledgeable about the cosmos, magic, and science. Plus they have an army.
Unlikely.
@@israelcanepa2431 respect
Actually Balder the brave was supposed to be another member of Illuminati but it was cut from the movie
Balder the brave is Thor's another brother
That depends if the space stone ended up in asguard as it did in 616
Nobody is missing at all. That seat is filled with the Guardians of the Galaxy representative, Drax. He's just sitting so incredibly still that he's become invisible to the eye.
copycat
@@UNREALISAIAH If you're referring to the Alex comment, it wasn't there when I wrote mine. Apparently great minds just think alike.
Lol 😂
ok
Thanks!
I just like how youtube added some context below the video to this video because you mention the Illuminati.
I feel like since supposed test screeners said RDJ was in it, it might have been RDJ? Idk that would go into speculation territory.
But I’m definitely thinking Namor
I do wonder if it could've been a member of the Defenders, maybe Matt Murdock or Jessica Jones. It's not that much of a separate group, but maybe it could be a future plan to bring that group fully into the MCU with Daredevil in No Way Home and Kingpin in Hawkeye
Seriously? Matt Murdock and Jessica Jones in illuminati? I dont think u understand how many levels up illuminati is and why someone from defenders wont be on it.
I said something like this. Glad I'm not the only one who thought of it!
@@sammysalgado1475 could this have been a reason as to why he left though? When 838 Strange used the darkhold and became corrupted, Matt Murdock saw this, and decided in his best interest to take no part of it anymore
I'll be honest I just assumed there was always 6 seats Xavier just doesn't need his but if he would ever be replaced they would need one.
It woulda been a nice call back if our Tony was approached by their Strange and the truth was our Tony was a co founder tasked with keeping all the realities safe. Tony could of took the snap to prevent our Strange from a sim fate .
The 7th seat is for Erik Voss to represent the metalore nerdverse of the MCU 😉
I mean, it can be cannon.
It’s got to be Namor, his atlantean roots and mutant background is too good for Marvel to not use considering the mythological route for this phase. Namor hates most of these members anyways so maybe he’s meant to not be shown yet
Thank you for confirming that it was a red planet in the background of Sinister Strange’s universe! No one was talking about it and I thought I was going crazy haha
The ladies they love Dr Strange maybe it his perform or his insane jokes😶🌫
There was a rumor about Daniel Craig playing Balder the Brave for that final Illuminati spot, but he had to cancel due to Covid issues

We’ve gotten a lot of teases and hints of Namor in the MCU. I think it’s Namor.
The ladies they love Dr Strange maybe it his perform or his insane jokes😶🌫
I know this isn’t what the video is about, BUT… You can’t just say you “confirmed” 838 Vision is alive because of your other video 🤦🏽♂️ there’s always a possibility that Reed Richards created Ultron in that universe and it was successful, therefore Vision wouldn’t have even been created.
he's saying the MIND STONE was missing from the gauntlet which Vision possesses when Thanos gets the Mind Stone so that would mean Vision still would have it.
When I saw M.o.M. in the theater, when the credits started playing and it showed the illuminati chairs as the background I swore that there was a silhouette sitting in that chair, but by the time I realized it the background changed to the next scene. Probably was just my eyes playing tricks on me
God I love your reviews that whole Ta'challa thing genius!!!!!!!
T'chala being the seventh member wud make more sense. Due to the fact that Michael Waldron explained he wrote MOM upon that specific comic.
Maybe Hank Pym is the final member and was there the whole time. He’s just small, not talking and too old to fight.
Its The Wasp, It was going to appear in the movie, but It didnt...
1st guess is Namor bc they haven't casted him yet.. BUT wouldn't it be cool if it was Tony Stark but during the "Demon in a Bottle" story so they don't want to mention him to anyone
Not that I'm saying this is likely, but is there anything that says it couldn't be a Kang who went back in time and secured himself a seat in that group as part of a larger plan? (thus he wouldn't exactly be open with RR of being a descendant of his)
The seventh member is Morbius
He's a marvel legend!
“It’s morbin’ time.”
-Morbius, probably
Could be an Asgardian that was killed in their Ragnorak like Balder or Sif
Rumours are they wanted Daniel Craig to be either Balder or Reed Richards
@@mickmcmonagle4664 He would have been a great Balder.
@@mickmcmonagle4664 reed? wth
Everyone here is asking why that last seat is there while i am wondering where the hell is GROOT ?
Personally I think the empty seat was a nod to Chadwick Boseman and a
tribute to him though he could not be there. This also ties in to the Wakanda faction. Wakanda forever!
im just still upset with Prof X and Wanda's fight scene. it could've been the most epic one on one fight scene in the entire MCU
I feel like the last seat does go to Ironman. Even if Captain Carter is representing the Avengers, I'm pretty sure the Illuminati comics had both Ironman and Cap on the team at the same time once when Cap found them out. Even though they both represent Avengers, they kind of represent the opposite sides of the Avengers, with one representing tech and efficiency and the other representing morals and human nature.
Or maybe 838 Ironman ISN'T an Avenger and maybe is part of a different team like SHIELD or AIM, therefore representing a different faction anyway. Perhaps because of differences in history, Howard Stark raised Tony differently and Tony had a different mindset and would join SHIELD or take Aldrich Killian up and fund AIM. This in turn changes Tony's 'suit or armor around the world' idea and so he doesn't create Ultron, or maybe the whole Ultron thing goes differently, and that's why the ultron bots are used in the facility, still maintained by Tony, who is probably doing stuff remotely and thus spared from the massacre.
Nahh.. it's Namor. Since there's universe underwater... Atlantis could be happening.
The ladies they love Dr Strange maybe it his perform or his insane jokes😶🌫
that ironman 2 illuminati application astonished me.
Would be cool if it was the mutant spot, but Xavier makes a point about the building not being handicap friendly
Maybe the 7th member is a variant of Ultron maybe representing an A.I faction maybe a city like 01 from the Matrix. The reason why I think that is because the sentries reference to Ultron so Ultron may be alive and turned good after Sokovia.
That's not half bad
How come you never mention Ghost Rider, he's the OG of Marvel, the Spirit of Vengeance aka Robbie Reyes would've crushed the Scarlet Witch!
Why is it so hard to believe that was simply Dr Strange’s seat before they had to kill him?..
The answer to your question is that doctor strange was the sixth member until he became dark and bad from the book. So mordo become the sixth member. So seventh chair can't belong to him.
Thank you for that, I had not picked up on that detail!
An evil Ironman out for vengeance would make an awesome movie.
They actually did confirm that the seventh member was actually suppose to be Baldor the Brave played by Daniel Creg. Baldor is Thor’s half-brother. They confirmed that the way he would have died would have been Wanda convincing him to kill himself.
Where at??? Also, how does that work when we have a captain marvel representing everything out of world? Unless we are suggesting that asgard is on earth in this timeline as well?
Dark
Average Twitter day
I killed Baldur in god of war haha he was a beast tho was probably the strongest if I’m basing it off the game he reveals and doesn’t feel anything
@@Hadeks_Marow in this universe instead of Thor being sent to earth and eventually becoming a member of the avengers, it's suppose to be his brother baldur who gets sent to earth. Since baldur is completely unkillable in the cut scene Wanda was suppose to convince him to kill himself using his weakness which only baldur himself knows about.
the seat is 100% for Loki, cause Loki... enough said
I think you've absolutely NAILED it on the head.
I heard it was Balder who was apparently played by Bruce Campbell before they changed his cameo
I really hope we see John Krasinski as Mr Fantastic again. Also hoping we will see Patrick Stewart again as Professor X but we will see.
Mordo, who has the timestone in 838 was not in the fight and survived to rewind 838 time bringing the illuminate back, mordo and Reed came up with the plan after viewing 14,000,603 possible outcomes
I have a simpler explanation: there are six chairs, one for each member of the Illuminati. However, since Xavier brings his own chair, nobody sits on the 6th chair.
Nahhh
As good an explanation as any 😅
I find that we get an Illuminati fact bar on this video hilarious!!
a video about dr doom would be sick, like will he appear in the near future?
I think it would have been cool if Killmonger was in the 7th seat
I agree with this, it’s a sign of respect to not replace him.
It would make sense it being wakanda because in the opening sequence showing tachala and shuri maybe hinting ?
I'm a Loki fan, it has to be Loki in that chair. LOL. This is going to be interesting for sure. The future looks bright.

Pretty sure Reed Invented those Sentries

Wait what, baxter was mentioned?! Was it shown???
I would say that the last chair belongs to Jean Grey/phoenix since the power of the phoenix not only destroys but can also rebuild
Latvaria's Doctor Doom would be awesome!
I think it is Vision...
But It baffles me that Paul Bettany didn't make an appearance in the film. He should have been prioritized over any of the Illuminati actors they had. It just does not make sense that White Vision which is just Infinity War Vision didn't stop Wanda. Almost makes me feel he did not want to be in the film behind the scenes.
Nah!
Then Vision would stop the Scarlet Witch, and the movie would be called Vision in the Multiverse of Madness.
I don't think the 7th is Vision but I really thought that White Vision was gonna be a crucial part of the story and possibly the person behind Ultron and Sentries
I think vision (white vision) is going to follow the vision graphic novel storyline.
I just assumed the 7th chair belonged to the 838 Strange since he founded the group. Seems like leaving the chair open is something they would do to honor him since they considered him a friend.
What about the space in the middle where there is clearly room for another seat, judging by the spacing.
Illuminati: here’s your chair Xavier
Xavier: no thanks I brought my own
Writer Michael Waldron talks about the missing Illuminati member in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Aside from continuing the MCU journey of Benedict Cumberbatch's sorcerer, the film also further builds the burgeoning Marvel multiverse through the introduction of Earth-838. The alternate reality allows Marvel Studios to debut its version of the Illuminati, but Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness hints that not everyone in the group is featured in the movie.
Waldron is responsible for this film being a complete mess. He disregards continuity out of arrogance and egotism. His self serving interviews remind me a lot of Zack Snyder.
