Thank you for the video Jon! Some things I'd like to add, the positive cable runs through a rubber grommet on the drivers side firewall, you'll need to cut the rubber plug with scissors. Lights are interchangable, so you don't need a different harness for red, Amber, white, etc. All harnesses are ready for 3 LEDs, so if you only need 2 now, you can always order 1 more later if you get a Pro grill. And be generous with the Loctite, there is plenty there.

Thank you! You'd have to wire them into the lighting harness rather than the add a fuse method

I wish you showed how you ran it through the firewall. I really want these they look super great and easy to do.
I used the same little hole I ran all my other lights though. There is a little black grommet to the top left of we’re all the main wiring harness goes through, just take the grommet out and send it in.
Any chance you have these lights available in strobe lights, and in blue lights and white lights? I love the clean look and the quality construction. would love to be able to put these on my police vehicle.
He has white lights but I’m not sure about blue

I would like the red and white, and this may be a stupid question but how do you switch them back and forth from red to white. I want to be able to have them red when parked, but white when driving so i'm legal

Very cool option, if I hadn't just gotten the other 3D printed round LED lens options I would be all over these. Nice to see more grille options than the overpriced hacked up amber lights for way too much money, these are super clean!
Yes agreed!! They are worth the price in my opinion for the quality and OEM finish you are getting.
What size is the add-a-fuse? My 2019 has mini’s, but the add-a-fuse in this video, and overland depot’s video (and what gets sent) aren’t minis.
And where did you attach the ground?
10amp and just a bolt in the engine bay near the driver fender

Glad you made this video. The mounting setup changes my desire for this. I like the concept, it looks great and is super clean. But using loktite the way it is used doesnt not give me the confidence that they will hold up under extreme conditions. Epoxy would have been a better choice, or drilling holes and securing to grill with a slightly longer screw.
When I buy my set, I will definitely use a different mounting option.

Thanks man! Yes you can always modify on your own with it. Ima long term test it with the glue and if it fails, epoxy would be a good option.
I can send yours with epoxy, but the Loctite is good for maybe 30lbs, the light and bracket are less than a lb

Hello. I have a question, I installed mine the same way, but when I plug the add a fuse into the suggest slot between the KDSS and towing slot, the lights do not come on. Thoughts?

How does your raptor light turn on. I wanted to have mine turn on with DRL
You’ll just have to tap into that wire then. It turns on when I cycle the key
If you tap it on the DRL fuse will it do the same...cause in the 4runner it doesn't have a DRL fuse in the box
I. meant to the actual DRL light wire. The one that goes to the light itself.
Is amber illegal like you said red is? Also why is red marker lights illegal?
No amber is fine. Red is because you could be impersonating cop cars or first responders. It’s stupid.

Great mod and demonstration. I assume that you are only planning to use the red lights while stationary? As you said, you have been pulled over by the police and were given a warning. So why did you re install red lights again?

Just with your ignition key. With it being in the fuse, it comes on when you turn the key one

Nice. Little pricy but good quality. It would’ve been better if you got the amber ones. Red ones are only for first responders. You will be pulled over quite a lot while you have that light. Very pricy ticket. =)

I believe 179 for two lights with brackets and 199 for three lights. All harnesses come with three wires in case you wanna change to a pro grille later.

Like I said earlier in the video. If you do it yourself with the quick disconnects as hear shrink and all that, you’ll be at maybe 80 yourself. But with his you get the brackets, hardware. Etc. and the Convenience factor of it
And of course he asked to make some profit. But they are amazing!
@@TrailRunn4r there's Toyota LED's but they are $155 after shipping. My kit is all machined, including the lights. It takes a few hours to simply make the kit. I really wanted to make the best kit possible
