Everyone, whether msv/tkr, or PBS, suseela or kavya kanndasan , given their soul to this song. I recently remembered the song and searched. From that day, i am listening to this minimum two three times daily.

Those days we will never get back. Muthuraman is such a versatile actor but suddenly disappeared . HIs remarkable performance in Kadhalika neramillai , suryakanthi , Kalaikovi . is one of the milestone in tamil film history. Moreover he acted with most of the leading actors MGR, Shivaji, Gemini giving ample support to them

The mellifluous voice of PBS was sadly under-utilised in the Tamil film industry thanks to politics. I met the great man several times at Woodlands in Madras and he spoke at length about the pervasive politics in the industry, the sidelining of poetry and rhythm and its substitution by shrill, tasteless prose and so on. That his talents were not used to the extent they deserved to be used is a loss for lovers of Tamil music..

The best song in the world. No music director can bring similar song again. This song has 2 versions. In the film song, the first stanza, PBS will sing தெய்வம் as short, in record as long. In film, it is 🎹🎹 side music, in record it is different. The film song will be highly amusing. You will hear 1000 times. But I don't know why MSV changed here between movies and records. So try to play a movie song and not record. This is based on Mohana raagam. 60 years old but ever living. This movie did not run well and காதலிக்க நேரமில்லை same year and ran more than 100 days and filled the loss by many times. Great work.
