- They almost destroyed their channel with this one but it remains to be seen as to how their reputation will hold up. I'm hoping for the best with this one since I am a big fan and I think they're both hilarious.

I'm pretty certain Ryan is CFO, which makes him in charge of financial decisions. He also admits to overspending for his shows as a reason they need this platform. Not sure how he and Shane are getting off better than Steven is considering they're all reaping the rewards and Shane and Ryan definitely still have stake and input in the company decisions.
Steven Lim was also Buzzfeed also - mainly food videos
no matter how much money i have, there is no way i pay for youtube channels.
Guys still think they are a bigger deal than Netflix and Disney+

This has definitely been great or for them. Yes there was controversy but it put their name in places where it probably never would have been to begin with, which will expand their fan base. I'm sure tons of people subbed just to see the drama and stay for the content. The response the fan base has been kinda of awesome........ It's rare for a CZcamsr to do the right thing. It was quite refreshing.

The first thing to do when a company is struggling is 'trim the fat' and focus on the core of what made you a success in the first place. Steven seems to just take on more fat. Bad business advice.
I think they could've done something like what gmm did with their mythical society members.
also I see why they may want to do more produced videos and I think there's a place for that, but alot of us on CZcams are sick of overproduced videos. like what if they put their low production vids here and higher production ones behind a pay-wall? I feel like that would make far more sense than what they tried to do at 1st

they admitted in their update they 'didn't think about the impact they would have on their fans' i don't think many are 'just gonna forget about it' they literally don't think about their fans. international people also have to use a VPN to even support their platform. they're left in the dust even more than the 'poor' fans in america.

I'm glad they backtracked, but the damage is done and I want Steven's head for it..😅 If they get rid of Steven not only will that save them money, but will prevent this from happening again.

You say you are a very big fan and dont know who Steven Lim is and how all of them were colleagues and close friends at Buzzfeed is very suspicuous and wearing the ghoul boys merch doesnt validate that.
i was a big fan of unsolved for a while and had no idea who steven was even for a while after i started watching watcher (basically just watched a lot of puppet history and a few other shows)
@@Crows_Hoard steven was part of episode one of puppet history if you arent already aware of that and if you have been watching them since day 1,they used to have a weekly show called watcher weekly and its all 3 of them talking about various topics,BTS and Q and A's
