      You can model a new one and wire it to one of the existing gears based on the gear ratio.

    How did you add the pivot there in min 1:01? I can add but in the edges of the polygon, not there.

      Do you mean how did I add the edge loop? I used a shorcut for "swift loop" tool in 3dsmax. You can set a shortcut for it, it inserts an edge loop based on where your mouse is.
