An amazing sight to behold. A Lamborghini Countach S cruising the streets of London. Quite a loud noise, due to the era it was born in. I film a start up, driving scenes and detail shots of this beast. On a lovely sunny day, with amazing cars everywhere, this may mark the start of summer supercar spotting in London!

Countach and F40
Nice to pose in but visibility very poor , can be hot and not the most comfortable thing to drive, oh forget drive in unless you open door.
I think at the time it’s main competition was the Magnum PI car (Ferrari 308 GTB) which was a beautiful car but couldn’t compare to the Countach.

Stunning low body car - love the big wing mirrors on this. Still stands out amongst all the modern day supercars!
1:21 best moment ever. Old carburetor engines are so exciting. I know it because I have 90' zzr 1100 it's always exciting when starting up. It's exciting because you don't know will it start or not. :)
Yeah I used to have a 90’s zzr 1100. It’s probably faster than the Lamborghini !
How is it possible to design a car that looks so damn cool?
You know, they cant design cars like this anymore, the laws of automobile dont allow cars to be that low, due to safety reasons either for the driver or other people in streets or roads, it was a car built in a time there was no laws, so they made it all by the looks, its not even a very practical car to drive... not very confortable... it makes a great poster in your bedroom and certainly makes everyone turn the head...

For me, this is still the most awesome and beautiful Lamborghini ever made. No other Lambo will ever beat it.
JatoDaniel Totally agree with your sentiments. They have the looks, sound and are fantastic driver's cars. I test drove a 5000S and an Anniversary model years ago, and they were awesome in every way!

JatoDaniel Thank you, Jato. It is great that you saw a genuine black Countach, as that is probably the best colour for them. Yes, I guess I was lucky, as they are very rare. I ended up buying a Porsche, but the Countach is still my absolute favourite Lamborghini and supercar. Driving the Anniversary model (red in colour) especially, was an experience I'll never forget - raw, ferocious and with immense power! Go well, my friend!
@@michaeld2519 I love the black one and I also like the red because of the movie "Speed Zone". I also had the luck of taking a picture of an real mcclaren P1 the year 2016. That is a really rare sight here in Sweden. My absolute favorite super sportscar i Koenigsegg Agera RS and Regera. But after those it is the Countach. Thank you Michael and enjoy your Porsche. Oh boy, I must be getting very old. This is really beautiful, but the lambo I miss the most is the Miura.
I don't care what you say or what you think of them, Sure they aren't perfect and the trim could have had more attention. But the the day you encounter one in traffic though is the day you find flaming blazing true love. They just have a world all of their own.

A mate done a bit digging and found a previous owner on pistonheads. Its an LP400S2 , cant believe people saying its a rep.

Both worth about £60,000
Now in 2020 A LP400 about £8/£900.000 and a LP 500s £400/£500.000

If original then the guy would be baking inside that thing trundling around London in a car with no air-con. At least replicas have air-con! But London is no place for ANY car let alone a supercar which is begging to be on the open road......but then it wouldn't have the army of sycophants gawping at it through their ipads and iphones!

First registered 1/4/13. So please explain then if this is an old car ?
I know a plate check says that's the year, but the could be for many reasons. Maybe they re-registered it after a restoration. I'm not entirely sure the regulations about plates.
But the plate ends in V, meaning it's a 1982 car. And if it was a kit car, it wouldn't come up as 'Lamborghini' in a plate check.
It was imported from France and first registered in the UK in 2013. It has a V plate because that's the UK designation for 1980 (when it was built).
I said thevsame its reg to a mr ? And reg as a lambo but it might be a car that was old new stock like a car that was not ever reg till 2013 my gues is its a kit car
