First Wash in 20 Years Lamborghini Countach Most Disgusting Super Car Disaster Detail

  • This is a 1985 Lamborghini Countach found by wearecurated.com up in Connecticut that has not been moved in 20 years. It's a complete detailing disaster with mice poop and urine everywhere and need a full restoration detail before it goes to Curated in Miami to get fully restored prior to sale. My goal today is to get it out of the garage and bring it to the AMMO Studio where I will perform a preservation detail similar to when Kevin Brown, Derek Bemiss, and the team detailed Matt Farah's Lamborghini Countach in Los Angeles a few years ago. The paint is very thin in some place and thick in others indicating it was paint by hand. Inside the glove box I pulled out the most disgusting bio-hazard Jordache jean soaking wet in urine and feces. This full detail will go down as one of my favorite Barn Finds ever! Hope you enjoy. -Larry

      @@herbyverstink Your ignorance is showing. We usually don't find black mold in cars because that's usually caused by constant dampness over years. However we do regularly find chlorohalonata. Which is highly toxic and can cause respiratory issues that will ruin your lungs, also if someone has underlying medical conditions such as COPD or a weakened immune system these types of mold can cause infections that can be fatal. Even expressly non toxic molds can cause brachial irritation and trigger asthmatic episodes in children. There are 45 types of toxic classified molds that tend to grow in cars. Stachybotrys chartarum or as you put it in lamens terms "black mold" is not usually one of them. The sad part about this is that its going to go from being sitting in a barn covered in dust to being sitting in a garage to collect dust.
    Previous owner didnt drive it because it needed work. New owner wont drive it because its worth $500k. So it will continue to sit.

Still one of, if not the most beautiful cars ever created in my opinion (1985 5000S). A timeless classic that was the foundation of today's hypercar - I was kinda disappointed with this year's remake.. they should have made it more like the original instead of putting such a modern spin on it.

    • @flaccidego4291
      @flaccidego4291 Před rokem +3

      The reason the new versions of exotic cars don't look as cool is because back then the Italian & German car makers had car designers who were actual artists. They didn't have computers to draw the designs. They literally had to draw & sketch everything by hand but first had to use their brains and imagination to develope a design. Today the designs are all done by computer software. That's why they look so artificial. There's no human being behind the design. No thought. No imagination!
      And that's why those exotic designs of 80's have so much character & attention to detail because they were designed by actual human beings.
      The artist who's responsible for the 85 Countach said he came up with that particular design because one day Ferrucio Lamborghini had a meeting with his designers and told them he was sick and tired of the same old car looks. He said everything looked either like a bubble or a box. He said Ferrucio told them to come up with something futuristic. He said Ferrucio gave them pictures of satellites and space ships and said "think about drawing something like this but with wheels on it" lmao!!
      Well they came with the only possible such thing when they drew the Countach. The lead artist said they also were tired of the bubble or box look as well & decided to think "outside the box" & go through the Unicode block of geometric shapes & symbols for their design on the Countach and it DEFINITELY shows. The influence of that Unicode block is all over the Countach & then it was copied later by Ferrari, Porche & Lotus. As an artist myself, I immediately noticed the geometric pattern of quadrilaterals & hexagons. Sort of a fusion of the 2 shapes. Look at the rear lights. They are hexagonal shaped. The windows too. In fact that pattern is EVERYWHERE on the Countach from interior to exterior.
      But these are not a standard hexagon shape, it's a quadrilateral/hexagonal combination. Once u notice that pattern in the design of the Countach, then u can't stop unseeing it everywhere. It's brilliant. It was so well thought out, deliberated, implemented, and drawn by man. But the finished product couldn't have come about if not for a thought. We all know that computers don't think. They compute. And that's the difference between that eras exotic car designs & today's.
