I'm a Gooner but I love Walker, he's been absolutely outstanding over the last 6-8 years so I find it hard to leave Walker or Ben White.... who was the best RB in the League by the way. The only thing that splits it for me is consistency, Ben White was phenomenal.

City's squad over the years has changed every season bit by bit. Every season they play a slightly different style: pacey wingers, ball retention wingers, Aguero, false 9, Haaland, FBs bombing forward, FBs coming inside, 4 CBs etc.
The one thing that _always_ remains is that City's best XI _every single season_ has both KDB and Bernardo in it.
They are equally excellent and also complement each other perfectly. They are the two gems of Pep's City Era.
Since Rodri joined City, Rodri is the only City player who played more games than Bernardo. But Bernardo was already instrumental before Rodri came, too, of course.
There is no City Bext XI that doesn't include _both_ KDB and Bernardo and there shouldn't be any Combined XI with City and any other team that doesn't include both either. They are both absolutely ridiculous.

When city lose possession, its not like stones stays in the defensive mid position, he drops back to centre back and does the job. He had different roles for attack and defence. Without him, City wouldnt have won the treble.

Dropping Walker because he didn't play a massive part in last season and then not including Odegaard because he's only had 1 good season last year is the most backwards thing ever man
I am an Arsenal fan but I'm also objective enough to know that none of our players will probably start on a Manchester City team. Even the backups for City are as good as our starters. For example, they argued one position between Bernado, Foden, and Odegaard. City can play either Silva or Foden without comprosing quality. But Arsenal only have Odegaard and nothing else comparable.

Odegaard or Saka are the only ones I could fully see as part of City and maybe Rice but I don't think Rice would have fit City as fast as Kovacic did.

When you consider that Ben White got in over Kyle Walker, Alvarez and Foden didn’t get in and city still got 8 of the 11 it is a testament to the quality of our squad against what essentially the second best team of last season. Just look at the blue here 22:13. Treble winners, you’ll never sing that gunners.

@@curtisohara9158 players contribute as part of a successful team to win trophies, price is to do with length left on a contract, how many clubs need that type of player at that time etc. To discount trophies is ridiculous when a player has contributed towards a treble. Grealish is better than martinelli and trossard, Arsenal look awful this season despite the results. I think they'll really struggle Sunday. I doubt they'll challenge for the league like last year either. I'm a neutral, I reckon most other neutrals would pick grealish over trossard and martinelli too!

The only player that gets in from arsenal is saka and maybe odegaard(but over who?). Saliba at the left back spot if he wasn’t injured but that’s being kind because ake was insane but he doesn’t get in over stone, Dias and Walker in the back line.
