This came out phenomenal. Question: when bundling the wires going down the A pillar, would using electrical tape or a wire sheath help at all ? Or is it even safe with the 1000+ led strands bundled together?

Thanks brother! Since it’s just the light transferring down the fibers I wouldn’t expect any issues with heat but would always recommend looking over manufacturers warnings when installing anything, somewhat for safety, somewhat so things last as long as possible haha

if i resnip the fibers again is it fine? I’ve had my starlights installed for a year and recently ive seen fibers sticking out and was wondering if trimming it was fine since it looks tacky when its daylight

Yes, kinda haha so if they are coming out then that means the glue holding them in place came loose, you can snip them, but they might pull back out of the holes and then those fibers wouldn’t show.
If a few of mine came loose I would snip them but then if it kept happening I would pull the panel and see what’s going on and reapply some glue

Very nice. How long did this take you to complete?

That’s a good question, I would guess around 8-10 hours for getting it out, wire up all the light and get it back in. Way worth it in those older dark trucks though!

    Is the glue heat resistent?

Hmmm I’m not sure I understand the question but I can say I used a glue gun which heats up the glue to melt it so it can be applied so my guess would be no, but the glue were gorilla glue, glue sticks for a glue gun
