    Here's one not a lot of people have heard: "He ain't got sense enough to bell a buzzard."
    I'm from south Georgia and always thought this was a phrase my ancestors made up since I've never heard anyone else use it.
    Mr. Google knows everything.

    Bless your heart, the one phrase that you either love to hear or hate to hear. Depending on if you did something stupid or not. Unfortunately I've heard bless your heart after doing some dumb stuff. I blame Johnny Knoxville.

    Cooter and coot also refers to the American Coot which is synonymous with crazy like behavior

    My mom would say, "drunk as a skunk" and "plum worn out" instead of the phrases you used.
