in the app folder on the flipper card, there's sub folders of the other folders, should I move the Uber files directly over to the main menu, or move them to the apps folder?

hi, ive just followed your guide, great, but ive coppied over some games and files etc and when i try to play them my flipper zero crashed and gets furi error, ive installed developer software and it gets a bit further, shows a hour glass but then nothing after, should i only copy the games from one specific directory is it firmware specific?

I wanted to mention that you should run qflipper with the SD card inside already otherwise reinstalling the qflipper is required. (I installed it without then installed the SD card after putting bad usb on it and had to reupdate it.)

I followed this and was able to install everything outside of the apps. Everyone I try gives this error on my Flipper "Preload failed API version mismatch". I am on the dev FW and used the dev FW app folder. Do you have any advice?

Just got my flipper today, is it possible to dual boot or have both the official firmware and extreme?
I might have downloaded the wrong folders from the UberGuidoz folder to my SD card because whenever i enter a game or something in some of the folders like the Roguemaster folder, it says "preload failed API version mismatched". I do not know what to do. I don't think my flipper recognized any of the games from the folder.
I’m on a MacBook and when I open the bad usb folder there’s another “assets” folder, do I paste it in the assets or just in the bad usb(I’m a complete newb)

Bought a flipper without having a computer 😂 computer came today. Put Unleashed on it now I’m on the process of transferring guidos files onto my sdcard. I have no freaking idea what I’m doing but I think I’m doing it right lol. Will let you know but your content has been a big help.
Hey brotha I loaded UberGuidoZ repository onto my flipper, I’m trying to do Jacoby’s now but ran into this virus problem. I’ve created the exclusion like you did, but still won’t download. Am I missing something? Do you have a discord?
I installed Momentum firmware and it has the apps already. Took 5 minutes
@@adegbrs3838yeah so I ended up frying my first SD card so I decided to go with Momentum and I’m so glad I did. 100 times better than unleashed. Definitely learning a lot, I didn’t know that you needed unmount the SD card whenever you take it out of the flipper and the computer.

Not sure if you'll respond to this but I just want to ask. When it comes to downloading the files on github ect, do you need to make an account with the site or can you simply type the site in google or the search bar and just click and drag the files that are needed to put into the Flipper Zero?

What is the benefit of running rougemaster and not the original firmware?
I got my flipper zero!!! and it made me super happy because it is a multi tool and maybe has easy coding and this is helpful!!! its just there is a problem because i cant transfer files from uber guidoz due to that i had a problem that is that i cant inspect usb files in the file explorer cuz i probably set it to sd card but also my quest 2 did the same for it too, the thing is that i had this problem for like 2 years
Is it possible to accidentally brick your qFlipper + USBC? Is there JTAG/SWD access to the STM32WB55 so it can be flashed directly?
How big of an SD card do you recommend? 128GB? When copying the UberGuidoZ files to the sdcard, windows defender then flags the sdcard folder!
So the FlipC store (close qFlipper) can access your usb-c? Is that using webusb? And if the FlipC recognizes the official Flipper firmware and Squachware as the same, what is the benefit of flashing RogueMaster or Xtreme (Browser RunInApp the update file (RM420FAP)? Aside from animations what features/apps can it do that the official can't ?
Is this any different than just flashing rogue-master first and getting all of the files that way? I remember a previous video you made that just including downloading the custom firmware and having all of the files pre installed on it.
Most of the custom firmwares come with some of the files. All of the firmware devs have to pick and choose what files to include because if you try to include them all, you end up with enormous install packages.
Easy to follow until you start to transfer files. Is it each and every folder that was cloned that we need to bring over? Some of those folders only have 1-2 things in it. And one has like a chrome html thing. Sorry. I'm very new to all of this and couldn't connect the dots myself.

I need help. I cant plug the microsd card into my pc so i am trying to use the flipper. But whenever i plug the flipper in, no device shows up on the list, and theres no file i can find. What do i do?
So when installing the files I noticed some zip files in folders was I was supposed to unzip them and add them cause I think that's what I did. And what happens if it crashes

I accidentally transferred a file that was already in the flipper back into it when getting all the extra bad usb stuff and now I can’t delete it, it just said copy at the end and gives me an error code which meant it had missing files do you think this will mess with the flipper’s functionality?

Follow up question, will It be required to delete all the apps from a previous firmware if I want to attempt a different custom one? I’m afraid several applications will have question marks from an old firmware that I’m no longer running, and then I have to guess which file is correlated to which firmware as I’m removing it.

Can you make another vid doing all this with just an android? Im having trouble getting firmware flashed onto the wifi board itself. And all i have is my phone.. No real pc.. I cant seem to get the wifi board to boot directly on my android. Must i use a Linux version? Must a Linux os be on the phone? Isnt adroid os a Linux version anyway? Im such a n00b.. Quick question. After you’ve installed custom firmware, how do you switch to a different custom firmware? I asked on Discord and they said it was as simple as installing it as normal but I’ve also seen videos out there where they tell you to uninstall stuff first before installing different custom firmware.

Could someone help me with this problem, so I had files n tools inside my flipper zero n when I updated the flipper zero with qflipper to 0.83.1 it deleted all my old files in old data and I really want my old data back, so could somebody help me out?
