Ingredients and preparation:
Hello and welcome to my channel!
700g pork fillet
Wash, pat dry and remove the grease and silver skin
Prick with a fork
Drizzle with olive oil
½ teaspoon salt or to taste
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground coriander
Rub the pork fillet well with the spices
Heat a pan with olive oil
Sear the pork tenderloin over medium heat until browned
Turn over and fry on all sides for 2-3 minutes
15 grams of butter
3 crushed garlic cloves
sprigs of thyme or rosemary (fresh or dried)
Bake at 200°C (400F) in the ovenproof pan
Until the internal temperature reaches 65-68°C (150-155F), about 12-15 minutes
4 strips of bacon
Heat frying pan with olive oil
Fry for about 5-7 minutes until crispy
1 onion
Remove bacon and sauté onions
Fry for 2-4 minutes until translucent
½ medium cabbage
Chop into squares
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Salt
Black pepper
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly
The cabbage should remain crispy
Add bacon and cook another 1-2 minutes
Halfway through the cooking time, turn the fillet once
Let the pork fillet rest for 5 to 10 minutes
Cut some slices of bread
Pour into a casserole dish
Drizzle with olive oil
Salt
Bake at 200°C until golden brown
200ml vegetable oil
100 ml milk at room temperature
Do not allow water in the oil or milk
Beat stiff with a blender
½ teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
The sauce is very similar to mayonnaise
Suitable for sandwiches and salads
Parsely
Spread the sauce on the toasted bread and sprinkle with parsley
A good base for a roast pork tenderloin sandwich
Low carb cabbage dish

Genau, und wenn ich sehe wie die Silberhaut am Schweinefilet abgezogen wird und das Filet in der viel zu kleinen Pfanne vergewaltigt wird, dann muss ich sagen schnell abschalten.

Das geht gar nicht: es ist gerade kurz vor 16:00 Uhr und ich habe vom Anschauen des Videos dermaßen Hunger bekommen, dass ich sofort Filet einkaufen möchte und das Rezept nachkochen will. ABER: heute ist Feiertag 😞
na das wäre ein armseliges 5 Sterne Resraurante der das/so kochen würde 👎👎
Nicht übertreiben, das Maximum sind 3 Sterne im Restaurant Ranking, allerdings ticken die Uhren da ein wenig anders, das hier ist gut bürgerliche Küche!

Das ist allenfalls gut bürgerlich...- was mich aber nicht vom Hocker haut.

Thé porc is a little bit over Cooked. It should have a rosy color. The inner température geven in this receipe is correct but somehow the porc is toi cooked. Overal a very nice receipe. I will certainly try it 🎉

First of all there are no five star restaurants
And second: as a professional chef: this a half decent home cook recipe - nothing more, nothing less.
But if you can name any rewarded restaurant that prepares pork in exactly this way I'm willing to take back what I said
