- The 2005 LEGO Star Wars Imperial Shuttle is one of the most complete LEGO Star Wars playsets ever. 7264 Imperial Inspection is the complete package. With 10 Minifigures for $50 it presents one of the best values for a set it's size ever. While The Death Star hangar build & transport vehicle are all new, the Imperial Shuttle build however remains largely unchanged from its 2001 predecessor which may be the most disappointing thing about this set.

The stormtroopers in this set were ahead of their time, it’s a shame leg printing didn’t become the norm for most mini figs till years later

There is also a story about a designer that puts pink bricks in Star Wars sets, because everytime he does manage to, his wife makes a cake for the design department. So when you build the new AAT tank, just appreciate that the designers had some delicious cake, when you put in the pink bricks. I think that's funny :-)
Ahh, I remember when I got this set from ToysRUs. Good times. I recall there were some extra capes thrown in by mistake too! All 4 were from Harry Potter; 2 Madame Hooch capes (black with 2 vertical white lines on both sides) and 2 Slytherin quidditch capes (solid green)!

Definitely one of the higher value sets from that time. You got both Vader and The Emperor, Guards and gold amount of troopers. Really wish we had more sets like this
For 2005, this is really good. It’s essentially a mega battle pack! Nowadays, LEGO would remove half of the figures, downsize the models, and slap on a $70 price tag.

Wish Lego still did sets with like 7 or more figs
Nowdays, Lego would remove 3 of the stormtroopers, one of the imperial officers, remove both the royal guards, put hecking Ray in there and make it 80 dollars.
The legs matching up with the torso on the stormtrooper is just so good

Yes u finally did it! I got this set in July off Ebay for like $80, it was a steal. One of my favorite older era sets, can't go wrong with that minifig lineup

This is one of my favorite lego sets ever I one It in a bid war. The fact that it has 10 lego minifigures is amazing too. I don't think that lego would sell a set with 10 minifigures now days.

Got this set ages ago. One of my favorites for sure. Even the name "imperial inspection" is cool, along with the box art, price, etc..
Been going through all my old sets to sell them since I don't display them anymore (I might keep a select few).
My uncle bought me this set as a Christmas gift I think. As a kid I wasn't a big fan of this set. But, of course I was happy enough just to be getting any new lego Star Wars set. In retrospect, I'm so happy that he bought this for me. Definitely a cool one to say I own.
This puppy is pretty amazing. Love the figures, side builds, and ship.
That is a pretty decent set for the time. The Stormtroopers and Royal guard are really nice. I'd say the closest you could get to a set like this now would be to buy 2 x 501st Clone Legion sets.
I thought that palpatine looked really weird in this set. But I like that figure a lot because it was in the complete saga video game that I loved playing

LEGO: puts lots of minifigures in the LEGO imperial shuttle set.
LEGO after that set releases:they have betrayed the republic. All involved were terminated immediately. We all transforming our republic into an empire. All sets with lots of minifigures and good pricing will be hunted down and destroyed!

Accounted for inflation this is 70 bucks. The imperial shuttle out right now is 70 bucks with 7 less figs, and no extra bits.
