i use satin floss since any other kind of floss (waxed, unwaxed) tears up and rips on me. i can use waxed/unwaxed if i dont have anything else, but its just really tedious to use since it rips sooo often and doesnt like to stretch.
Dr. Supa, Is it best to use floss and interdental brushes, both; since between the upper sides of the teeth are not touched; not reachable with interdental brushing, even if there are spaces at the base of the teeth by the gumline; and in this video you show that decay can happen on the upper portions of the tooth also.

I go under some of my teeth deep u der the gums they dont bleed and some do it all depends on how puffy they are from inflammation keep flossing and brushing go to the dentist and get cleaning use a good mouthwash for gingivitis

If we take the floss under the gums are we not forcing the bacteria or whatever to go deep in the gums? Also should we floss before brushing or after?

It probably bleeds because you haven’t flossed for a long time... once you floss for like a week, it’ll stop bleeding.
