Age is irrelevant, you can do wtf you want as long as you're physically and financially able.
please don't use inappropriate language
But the fact is most people have not taken care of their bodies so by the time they are 50 their bodies are wasted, so the reality is that most people over 50 are too old to do any of those things here in the video except for minority of people have good genes or have had a good diet exercise and good family structure..
If Jackie Chan is still active at his current age, then why can't these people be? I mean....before making conclusions, just take a look at your current surroundings and movie stars who are at retirement age or over retirement age.
Sylvester Stallone was _jacked_ well into his 70s. I have a relative who walked a mile every day into their 70s. If anything, continuing to be active both physically and mentally _help_ stay young. 👍
