Looking great guys, top notch work!
Thank you very much Bo, and thanks for watching!
Hi Tony as a professional finish carpenter I would really enjoy seeing you do your layout? Who picked it or did you get free decisions over the project? How you price that work? Time/material? Of all them lay out is #1 Thk u so much for the video!
Beautiful work😊
Amazing work!! I would love to know the dimensions of the boxes and the recesses if possible. Thanks again for sharing your work.

Beautiful❤❤❤❤

Just found your page. Excellent work! What kind of sprayer are you using?
Thank you! It’s a graco with a 3-15 tip
Thanks for watching!!
Are the "beauty" molding pieces that you use custom milled or "off the shelf"?
We have them custom milled, using a simple cove molding would work, but we feel it would not be the same, the look we’ve created is simply one of a kind.
Thank you for watching, share the video, maybe subscribe, it would help us out a lot
@@michigancrownmolding Thank you for the quick response. It does look good. i'm doing a fireplace mantel and was using panel molding but really like the 3d effect that your approace provides.. I have liked and subscribed as suggested. Thanks for the videos!
what material is the dark brown "paneling" that you used inside the boxes?
Thanks for watching, it’s called euca paneling
Great job
Thank you very much and thank you very much for watching
When do you use mdf and when do you use poplar for your rail and stiles?
Mostly MDF , the smaller inside trim pieces are poplar
@@michigancrownmoldingdo you guys see shrink or joints open up at all over time?
@@StanBlaszczyk great question…. no
Beautiful
Thank you so much for the compliment and watching our channel
Would love to know what sprayer/gun you use to eliminate overspray. It looks beautiful!
Thank you, it’s the Greco sprayer and the best Sherwin Williams spray gun they carry (sorry I forgot the #) and simply use the correct spray tip per what’s mentioned on the can, we only use SW Emerald
Thanks for watching
7:45 I don't paint. I'm not good at it. I've got good brush and roller painters I can recommend. There is a huge difference between their quality and mine. Home owners often say they want to paint themselves (I think whatever dude ;). Paint is really not a good business to be in. People don't value it because they don't know the difference between a good paint job and a bad paint job and they are complacent with the result they get themselves. Everybody thinks they can paint. Everybody can cut a 45 on a miter saw given enough time. Paint is different. The slower you are at painting, the worst the result. It takes a minimal critical speed to achieve good results with a brush or a sprayer. I don't have the speed therefore I don't get good results.
I'm glad you've been posting new videos over the last weeks !
These are great points Xavier, my customers often want to paint for themselves too, I always try my best to talk them out of it. I started in the trades as a painter some 35 years ago, I always knew I would utilize that skill to make money ..
thanks for the comment
What would the cost of the cofferd ceiling run?
Great question and it obviously depends on how big and how tall the ceiling is, but that coffered ceiling in this video went for around 7500 (in 2023).
Thank you for watching!!
How much it cost to build something like that?
What would be your guess ?
Looks great, until they cover it with a TV :/
So true, I really (politely, carefully) tried to talk them out of putting the TV there, and you can bet, it’s a super large screen that will cover everything, it took everything I had to to cut the holes in it for the power and cables.
Thank you for watching and commenting
@michigancrownmolding very welcome you guys do great work. I find it tough to find clients that want top quality! Stealing your paneled style idea for my mud room, love it. Cheers from macomb co
