    I have a new set of Florentine k Ives and the T1 sharpener. What angle should I set the sharpener to? Excited for my new knives. I’ve got the stainless black and white ones.

      Hej, I don't know this particular angel of these knive series, I would ask Tomer for the exact angel that exist on your knives series.
      It is then easy to replicate with the patented Knife holder on your Tormek T-1.
